I do not recommend this restaurant at all. The food quality was very poor, and the service was disappointing. Their attitude was not professional. I didn’t enjoy either the food or the overall experience.

My Grand daughter was threatened with the police if she didn't pay for food she DIDN'T eat, meat was spoiled. Now I see why the place was completely empty! I will be calling the health department.

We come here all the way from Texas! Best hot pot place and the sauce she gives on the side is AMAZING she is the nicest woman ever and her son is so polite. She LOVES kids and the people claiming she’s rude obviously are the rude ones because she’s so sweet !

Man, look. I really wanted to like this place. I LOVE hot pot. The food was below standard and the service. Let me tell you about this service. I went in and there was no one seated. It still takes 10 minutes to get seated. First order of meats was fine. However the owner/waitress never came back and was probably intentionally ignoring us. When they finally did come around, we asked for more broth and you can see the visible disgust and annoyance on her face. Safe to say, we will never go back and suggest you find somewhere else to dine for hot pot (OX).

This place Has cheap dehydrated noodles. Never been to a hot pot place. That does not have corn. Getting seconds on meat was a challenge. Meat quality was mediocre We set a table 13 and it is super super slow to heat They missed the concept of “ HOT” POT. In Glendale and want something easy to go eat and don’t have high expectations This is the place to go for you. Want good hot pot go to Mesa
You get a great amount for what you pay. Some of the veggies were not the freshest. The price was a great value and awesome variety. Pretty simple menu but something for all. Truly the main reason I had 4 stars was the bathrooms are in terrible condition, smelled horrible, not up kept, and they didn't even have toilet paper. Bathroom need an immediate update and remodel with more frequent cleaning.

A decent hot pot spot. I went on a Sunday afternoon and was quickly seated with my +1. You get to pick two broths, which is a nice touch. We tried the Thai and beef with some spice. Both were very flavorful.
Our meat came out quickly - brisket, chicken, and catfish. We needed to flag down the waitress when we wanted more after that. The buffet had about 30 items to pick from, including veggies, seafood, and noodles. There should have been more tongs to pick items with, particularly the seafood. But everything seemed fresh, especially the veggies. There weren't many things to build sauces with (sriracha, fish sauce, soy sauce, and a couple others).
When it was time to pay, we waited a few minutes for the check before we realized that we needed to go to the back counter to cash out. Overall, it was a pretty easy, low maintenance experience. If you didn't need all the pomp, bells, and whistles, and want to get right to stuffing your face, this is a suitable spot for hot pot.
