Excellent food what else would I say? Excellent food service always good when you're paying otherwise, don't expect too much but yes, go there to eat during the week not on the weekend.

Ive came here multiple times with my family and we love the food amd the options, however as most other people said the service is really bad. I do also think its rediculous that we have to pay extra for having leftovers but yes the lady that serves here is not friendly and if i need somethinf i need to get up walk over to them and ask for it myself

The waitress ordered for us in the middle of our order, as if we didn't know what we were talking about. We were there for over 90 minutes, and she only refilled our drinks once after we had to ask her. You can tell the waitress was bothered by us being there. This place has probably over 2 dozen booths and there weren't more than 4 tables filled during dinner rush. The staff needs to pay better attention to their customers.Also, really freaked me out that they only had one pair of tongs at the buffet line to pick your meat. There was seafood, tofu, beef, and other unknowns (Nothing was labeled) and only one pair of tongs. Serious health code violation. The vegetable side was a little better with two tongs for over a dozen selections. This place sucks. The foods was slightly above average, but I don't want to give this business my hard-earned money.

I like this spot, the food is good but the quality of it isn’t excellent. I’ve had fish cake at other places, but the fish cake here is super fishy and you can tell it isn’t very good quality. Also, the Asian lady who serves almost everyone has a really rude and snarky attitude. One time I asked her if the meat there was halal, and she judged me and I felt incredibly humiliated in front of other customers. Also, they say that they’ll charge you extra if you leave anything in the pot, but they’re gonna charge you the 30 dollars everytime. However it does have its fair share of good things, such as the broth tastes pretty good, the meat is also pretty good as well. And it’s all you can eat.

Man I hate to bag on this place cause the food is actually really good. I’ve been here over 10 times and usually it’s just me and 1 friend it’s crazy how I was used to the server lady being rude. I would just tell whoever I was with that it’s ok that’s just how she is. But I went with family the other day and it was so terrible I definitely won’t be going back. You don’t have be to all sparkles and sunshine to give good service but literally telling someone they can’t put lemon in their broth because it’s already sour enough is crazy. No refills on any drinks. Was told that we can get more meat as she was walking by but we were all so off put we just finished what we were given, paid and left. Could write a whole list of things that were done and said in all my visits but I’ll just say this food is great but not worth being overly disrespected

The food is decent. I can’t say its excellent. I personally think it was kind of bland. We tried three different soup bases but it just wasn’t as good as the other ones I have tried. The vegetable and seafood selection were okay. They were neatly organized and clean. There was no rice and the cooker was never refilled. The noodles were good. They had three different types you can choose from. The drinks were good but very little quantity. Most of it was ice.The place looked like your typical vietnamese restaurant. It was fancy looking except for the random multicolored christmas lights. The place was kind of falling apart with some broken chairs and wires just dangling underneath the tables. It also smelled a bit funky. Like the tables were not cleaned properly after something spilled a week ago kind of smell. I am a bit sensitive to smells. It did not help with my appetite.The service was okay though probably since there were only a few of us there. They only have two staffs so its probably why service was bad for others who went during peak hours. Its also kind of weird that the lady would always check out how much people would get from the seafood and vegetable section like she was heavily judging us for getting a lot. We were only asked once if we wanted refills on the meat.Overall, I don’t think it was worth it for the price.
