Had a great experience at IHOP! Our server Elisha was amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh and tasty. Overall, we were 100% satisfied. Will definitely be coming back!

Went in for breakfast, had to wait longer than I thought reasonable as the only person waiting to be seated. Ordered breakfast with eggs over easy. I was served eggs with the yoke popped and missing. I pointed this out to the server who said “yes I noticed that.” If she noticed that why did she still serve it to me? The cook must have seen it too, why didn’t he remake them instead of deciding to serve it to me anyway? It speaks volumes to their standards, or rather lack of them.
The following conversation wasn’t much better with the server and some unknown woman who made no attempt to identify her position and a guy who just started hanging around without identifying himself or saying anything until I stopped and asked if I could help him since I thought he was a customer who just wanted to listen. He said he was the manager. Dude, if you are the manager then assume control, don’t just hang around creeping out your customers.
The care and pride level here is about a zero. I can’t for the life of me understand people who know the order is wrong and serve it to you anyway hoping you are too timid to say anything. I left the restaurant.
