Jorge was fantastic. When we got there, it was clear they were short staffed. We didn’t mind since we were in no rush. However, you’d never know based on the amazing service we got. Jorge was on top of our drinks, cooking in the back, and bringing out food to all the patrons. This man deserves a raise!

Just left IHOP. We were seated and no one ever came to our table. After 15 min we got the hostess' attention and she got us water. Thats it. So no waiter/waitress. We watched several new tables come in and they were greeted and a server approached their table. After another 10min we just got up and left. No one noticed or even said anything.They need to work on their customer service.

We ordered off the 55+ MenuThe items we ordered came with 1 egg, 1 bacon strip, 1 Sausage link, 1 Small slice of ham, hashbrowns, 1 Pancake. $10+ each.When the check arrived we were charged $2.79 additional for the Pancake each. We questioned the server and he said he couldn't take the extra charges off, but applied a 20% coupon which covered most of the mistake.Please look over your receipt when Dining at this location.

We went late in the evening time and there was maybe three other people in the whole restaurant but yet it took forever to get food and when we did it wasn't very good. I normally love ihop but this one was way under standards. I will drive a little further next time to the other one on I17 and happy
Stopped at this location with my daughter for breakfast…service was very slow…eggs, sausage and hash browns were good, but their waffle and crepes were nasty. I felt sick to my stick after few bites of my waffle I didn’t even finish a quarter piece…that morning they were out of whip cream which made things worse …very disappointing and don’t think I am returning.

Service was slow but bad. We were one of five tables so speed shouldn't be an issue. Food took a while and mine was cold but the only one that had that issue. Meals were all delicious. I've never been to this location but I think one near arrowhead knows how to do this slightly better.
The new menus are amazing. The food options are good even for vegetarians. They have a few impossible options.The service was horrible. Walked in at 10am on a Sunday. There were 17 tables sat and at least 8 waitstaff. 21 minutes after sitting, our drink order was taken by a waitress with a very bad attitude. 4 minutes later a young man with a dirty black shirt, obviously someone who works in the back, came over to take our drink order again. 25 minutes in to being at Ihop, we placed our order. Meanwhile 5 or 6 tables who came in after us had water and some had food coming out. At 35 minutes, we still had not received our drinks. Waitstaff was rude and ignoring us and other customers. At all most 40 minute with still no drinks or food, I complained to a rude server and then we walked out. We never got anything.Ihop is this the imagine you want to portray?

During our dining experience, it took the staff about 25 minutes to have our drink order taken. Usually our experience is very positve, unlike this time. I enjoy IHOP and the atmosphere usually, but something was out of sorts today. Then we still waited another 15 minutes to even get our drinks or food.
