Ike's Love & Sandwiches

I purchased a sandwich that was supposed to have double meat and double cheese and it was seriously underwhelming. It cost me just shy of $20.00 The picture with the heart behind it is a picture of the standard sandwich that I purchased that had turkey, salami and roast beef as well as cheese and the other two pictures one half of the sandwich that I purchased that supposedly had double meat and double cheese on it. When I called and spoke with the manager Alex he said that there is nothing that could be done and I told him that I probably would never go back again. 

Horrible. Got off work late but GPS said I could get there at 8:59 so I called at 8:50 to make phone order. Employee said they don’t take phone orders after 8:45. Been going there once a week every Monday but probably not anymore. Location in Poway, CA

I ordered delivery from this location last night and the food wasn’t great. Our sandwiches were ice cold, dry and the bread was chewy. My daughter got a cheesesteak and the meat was dry and crumbly. I’ve ordered from this establishment’s other locations and it was always delicious. Not sure what happened.

Delicious 🤤 but tiny portions for the bowls ! Stick to the subs if you want to be full ! Prices are not bad , but I love big salads and it was lacking veggies 🥗 the vegan steak was actually loaded up though lol

At lunch time today at 12:20 when you would expect to have to wait a long time as you would at any other Ikes. But not at this one ready right on the dot if not early.

The service is always AMAZING here. When their oven shut down one day, Zack was so humorous and kind about it. Every time I’ve come (many times) I have had the most pleasant experiences! An absolute must for a nice day around town!

Service was pretty bad. Young ladies seemed miserable to work here. Cost is absolutely ridiculous for what it is. An 8 inch sandwich, bag of chips, and 2 drinks being nearly $30 should be criminal. Better ways to spend money than on a mediocre sandwich. It would be worth it if it was half the price.

Good sandwiches, but they gave my sandwiches to someone else and then I had to watch them because it seemed like they wanted to give me the sandwiches that another customer already handled and opened with their bare hands.

Went to get my wife and I a sandwich, the lady behind the counter gave our order to someone else, chased after to get our order THEN opened our sandwiches bare hands and opening our sandwiches. Disgusting, especially because my wife has food allergies and she was touching one and then the other. When we questioned her she said "no I promise I didn't" WE WATCHED HER. Bs. Never coming again. Tossed the sandwich.

I took my friend who happens to be an amputee to the restaurant for a treat out. The service was atrocious. The young lady behind the counter barely spoke to us offered zero assistance and was just horrible to interact with. I got the cheesesteak I guess which had basically had maybe 1/4 of a cup of meat if that was just the worst, I will never go back again.

Amazing subs!!! Tons of choices. Be patient with the making of your subs but VERY worth it. I make great subs at home and know they can take some time so I get it. Jersey Mikes is great but this is different. These sub clearly came from the love of subs. The workers are chill and know what they are doing- professional and knowledgeable

Someone left a negative review about the staff. Disregard that in my opinion.

Very disrespectful. This shady shift name “Kiara” does not show respect and mistakenly gave out my order to wrong customer. Thanks to a newbie that gave my food to the wrong customer, that upsets me. And you dare to say No refund when waited 30 minute? Oh, please. It’s fair but her attitude was not professional and doesn’t give refunds after I waited more than 30 minutes for my sandwich. No. You either check yourself out the door or re-train your bloody staff because arguing with a diabetic person is uncalled for and I will personally call to complain. Don’t go here.
