Worst wings I've ever eaten. This is Chili's why is it called "it's just wings"? The chickens must have grown up next to a nuclear power plant because these things were very fatty and under cooked. We asked for buffalo and Garlic Parmesan. It appeared as if they forgot to make the Garlic Parmesan so just poured Garlic and Parmesan over the buffalo. They were the exact some color and spice just garlicky. We asked for ranch and blue cheese, we only got ranch. We were made to order fries as our side and they just put them in with the wings so they were soggy and covered in sauce. I truly wish I could get my money back based on how many we were afraid to eat due to pinkness.

On December 6th, 2023 my dad took me here for dinner, as I was visiting from Idaho. I believe we were there around the 5pm dinner time. My dad is 91 and a Vietnam veteran and proudly wears his veterans hat. Close to the end of our meal our waitress Terri told us that our meal was paid for. We were dumbfounded and so grateful. We don't know who bought our meal, but I wanted to say thank you so much for the person(s) that were so generous. It may have even have been the restaurant, we don't know. It made my Dad smile, and that's what's important. Thank you.

Solid 2-3 stars on the wings. I called and requested my wings to be extra crispy, they ignored that request. The sauces just weren't that good. I got the Asian one and honey sriracha. Both sauces were just bland, not that sweet not that spicy jus kinda blahhh. It was 18 wings for like $20 with small fries so I guess the value was there. I got some mango habanero sauce on the side and was spicy and good so I recommend that! Ambiance in my hotel was nice with the wings!!!!

Probably the worst wings I've had to date. I ordered the 16 piece Buffalo traditional from Uber eats. I pull out a wing and noticed some feathers were still intact and cooked with the chicken. This wasn't the only one that had feathers still intact. Took a leg out, bit into it, was undercooked. Picked another (smaller) leg, was over cooked. By that point I just threw out the wings. I obviously don't recommend this location.

We ordered wings. They almost would have been better without any sauce since they were just too messy. We were really disappointed in them. They were swimming in the sauce, which was cold, that we ordered. We won't get them again.

It's inside a Chili's. Wasn't aware and wouldn't have ordered if I had known. The wings were very dry and small. Flavor was okay. Personally, I wouldn't try again. We ordered on UberEats or some app of the sort and it didn't tell me it was inside Chili's so we had a heck of a time finding the place. When we finally did find it, we parked in curbside (placed our order the same way) but they were not coming outside for whatever reason. I went inside and was attended right away. Insanely quick service (INSIDE) so props to them. Normal Chili's with a family vibe. A little loud cause of the chatter but it wasn't bothersome.

My neighbor suggested we go here for lunch, and we agreed because we usually go here for dinner. We ordered a Blue Moon beer with a slice of Navel orange, a Patron margarita,and an unsweetened iced tea. All were served nice and cold; we also had an order of mozzarella sticks, and the chips & salsa- all very good. We ordered 2 house salads, and 2 bacon and avocado chicken sanwiches: very tasty, with nice thick slices of the avocado, and tomato. The French fries served with both were hot, fresh, and seasoned nicely. Our Server Gabby was great- very attentive, made sure everything was tasting good, and brought us containers/bags for everything to take home. This was a very enjoyable lunch, and we will be going back there for BOTH lunch and dinner !

It’s just overwhelming sodium. I’ve never had vivid dreams about drinking water…until now. I really would avoid if you’ve got blood pressure issues.

We have never had a bad experience here, including with their gluten free options. Always great food and great service. The staff here are super friendly and engaging. The parking situation is a little bizarre, but that's quickly forgotten when you step in the door. The restaurant is clean and modern.

I'm the person that eats all of the chicken wing except the bone but these were so old, the meat was hard. I couldn't even get full. The fries were also a massive fail. There are a variety of them to begin with, some.burnt to a crisp, some burnt hard and wrong kind. It made me feel like I got the leftovers from the trash bin. I couldn't eat them. They were hard. We've ordered here since you've opened and it's definitely gone down. All I am asking for is what we pay for. Where has your QUALITY CONTROL gone? I really miss it when you first opened and everything was fresh and delicious, not a roll of dice to see if today they will be good. With the way prices are already going we're not going to want to gamble on quality control anymore. Super bummed but gross and terrible representation of selling food. Terrible. You, employee, manager, staff, wouldn't want it either.

The wings were either under cooked or blackened don't know how you could have messed up wings so bad. Had to toss most of the food out it was inedible. This place is a salmonella outbreak waiting to happen not to Mention was waiting 30 minutes over the projected time. Avoid as if you life depends on it because honestly it probably does.

I was bummed to see so many negative reviews but we just ordered this for dinner on Uber eats and it exceeded my expectations it was GREAT! The wings were perfectly cooked the fries were crispy and the sauce was delicious. We got the lemon pepper dry rub and honey siracha wings. The fry sauce is also delicious for the curly fries. We live down the street and are exited to order from this place again!!

We just ordered the 32 wing special. Only got 24. SMH I picked two flavors even though I could pick four. Glad I didn't pick four because they couldn't handle the two flavors. They came almost completely dry. (See pics. The sauce you see is the ONLY sauce on them) completely disgusting. Paid 60 bucks for gross rubbery dry wings and ok fries. We are originally from Buffalo NY area. The place that invented buffalo wings. Y'all need to take a trip and take notes. What happened? You guys used to be amazing. Never again.
