For the third time now I have been told theres no ice cream?? He/they always tell me they gave their last one out? So I ask for something else thats sweet and again they dont have it? This is ridiculous. This jack in the box has gone down since before the pandemic. Now i have to go to the other nearest one because I know they wont lie to me or be lazy about making my order.
Worse service I ever had. The cooks were playing games.i ordered 2 breakfast combos which come with ham egg n cheese.they put no ham but put bacon after I ask the manager no bacon.went home had to come back to get it with no bacon but ham.herd the manager tell them to make it with ham no bacon.i drove home untapped it and they made it with no ham just cheese and egg.there I go back again.i asked the manager if they are playing games.she said she told them ham egg and cheese ai said yea I herd you tell them but this time they did not put any ham.the manager looked at the cooks like ok what going on.the two cooks started talking to each other and laughing that oh he's back again and laughing. I told the manager lady that I speak Spanish and I hear what they are saying and if they have a problem they can tell me up in the counter which I responded back to them in Spanish hey if you have a problem I am hear don't stand behind the counter talking crap about your customers.manager lady was cool I had to tell her I understand Spanish and she herd them talking crap as well.she personally made my food the right way and said she would talk to the coolsand I left.will never gi there again
Pulled up to the window and was asked to back up. He said it was to help with his order timing. Very rude. I don't expect to be asked for favors when I'm paying someone to make me food. I guess I should just ask them to make it faster as a favor. Stop asking customers to back up
Edit. Just got home. No napkins in the bag. I think your priorities are messed up. More concerned about pretending to have good customer service than actually having good customer service.
Not even kidding, they have forgotten to give me back my Debit Card Twice. And on top of that, when there is something on the menu that I wanted and then they apparently “never had” the special item or even made it even though it’s on the menu. That is absolutely ridiculous I even pulled up the ingredients for the item so they can make it without having that one specific ingredient and they still refused, IT WAS THE TPAIN MEAL!!!!!
And then reiterating on another customer complaint that I saw on a Google review Is they had me reverse and then pull back up every single time I go to this location. I mean seriously the laziness is insane. This location either needs to get their behinds together or shut the hell down.
Tacos and the teriyaki chicken bowl are both my favs.
We were denied service because we didn't have a mobile order.
Pulled up to order, the most monotone unhappy person asked to take my order. I, myself, used the words please and thank you the only word in that boys vocabulary was okay. Pulled up to the window there were no cars in front of me at any time.
What sounded to be the same person took my payment and then made me back up behind the window to wait for my food and then waved me back up to the window to get my food. He handed the bag out the window I said thank you again, no response he just walked away.
I mean if you hate your job get a new one. If you hate people and can't at least fake it, don't be in the customer service industry. I honestly can't say that any other Jack in the box has better service.
The taste of the food isn't always as important as the service you get.
Disgusting food and super expensive
They never get an order right. Grilled chicken turn into their cheap fried chicken sandwiches and they never watch specific requests. Seriously just go elsewhere.
Absolutely the worse Jack N the box in Arizona! They need to close this location as it's embarrassing. The service is horrible if you can even get someone to answer or actually work. I was given the excuse of ( im the only worker so for that reason I'm only taking online orders...) it was 12:30am on a Monday...when I drove by he had a few friends inside getting drinks laughing and hanging out. This location is an absolute embrassment to the establishment. It's always dirty and short staffed.

I don't know what happens when the night shift is working. Three cars ahead of me and I was there for 32 minutes. When I got my food home the bacon was not fully cooked and had to be tossed. Even the tacos where not cooked all the way.
Another terrible experience, not taking orders and making people order online is bs. The fact that the manager can't find more than 1 person is wild and the fact that they are not covering down when short handed is crazy. Get new management in this place
Take for ever in the drive thru to even acknowledge you are waiting to order .
