Ordered off of door dash and they had the audacity to put my large curly fry half way full with reg fries and just a few curly fries on top lol. 3.3 stars for a reason. Im guessing owner just collects check and calls it a day

Complete crap. Waited in drive thru wait area for 20 minutes. Got the wrong order, no receipt, and no sauces I had requested.

Might as well go through the drive through dont go inside if you want to wait a long time for your food they will take priority of drive thru and do 6 cars orders first before yours even if youre doing take out what a head ache

Couldn’t order a simple double Sourdough Jack, settled for single with Curley fries (didn’t get, got regular) and ordered tacos (2 regular). Had a pathetic sourdough Jack and no tacos with fries I didn’t want. If only I could do my job half ass and get away with it.

This jack in the box is absolute garbage. Do yourself a favor and go to another. I went last last after a long 12 hr shift and the employees didn’t care to do their job. It was about 4 guys who were on their phones literally laughing and looked like they were purposely ignoring me. I thought the speaker wasn’t working so I went to the window and I tried to get their attention for a good 5 minutes. Still nothing, I ended up going to Taco Bell where they treated with respect. Due to the other negative reviews it seems that this location will never actually change!

I went to the location at 75th Ave & Cactus on 1/2/26 around 10:30 pm. When I was in the drive thru waiting to place an order, the worked said nothing. I thought the speaker wasn’t working so went to pull up and then he said something. He told me I would have to wait 5 minutes to place my order because they were busy handling online orders. My husband had to ask the person behind me to reverse out of the drive thru so I could reverse and leave. If I have to wait 5 minutes just to place an order in a drive thru who knows how long it would take to get my food. I went to the location on 91st Ave & Olive and received great service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the Cactus location.

The chicken strips for okay the tacos were overcooked curly Q's I only had two and a lot of broken pieces that didn't even matter if you order what's the box says you don't get squat from this restaurant. Hope this ain't how you all your customers get food

Destino is an exceptional worker! This was the third Jack in the Box we had went to in the area trying to get mozzarella sticks, knowing that it’s Christmas Eve it was very busy he was able to deliver. 10/10 would recommend.

You’re better off going to another Jack n the box rather than the only employee in the store late a night telling you they’re only excepting uber eats. Like my money isn’t good enough, the manager who runs this place should be ashamed to be pushing customers out because they’re only excepting “uber eats” they’re only doing that because through uber eats they make more money rather than taking cash or debit, avoid this jack n the box at all cost if you don’t wanna waste your time.

Turn around and go to the one on 91st ave and Olive, chick working December 1st at 1:30am was by far the worst drive thru chick I've ever come across. Not one word, no asking for sauce, no receipt, plain rude. Girl get another job if you stay that mad.

This is our 2nd bad experience. We will not be coming back.
Last week we went through drive thru and she didnt understand any of our order. Even though she repeated it 4 times. We still got the wrong food.
Today we came inside. Service was fine. Food ok. But the lobby music was loud and then they had super loud music blasting in the cooking area. The combo of mixed music was horrible.
Management needs to get their employees trained better.
