Take for ever in the drive thru to even acknowledge you are waiting to order .
My order was placed at 5:57 pm in drive thru with no one inside the restaurant or in drive thru behind me. Was asked by the worker if I could pull around to front to wait I said sure with no problem. To have to wait for 15 minutes for my food is ridiculous I had to go in and ask for my food because they were taking so long(because they were just taking their sweet time and standing around) just for them to turn around and hand me my bag. Fries were just thrown in the bag and my chicken sandwiches were cold. This is ridiculous last time I may ever go to this location. I'll drive further if this is what I have to deal with next to home.

Went above and beyond to correct our order after a miscommunication that almost left my girlfriend in tears. I am unsure of his name but one of the managers handled our order and he showed the utmost professionalism.

WTH happened to JIB? It's obvious that they don't train their staff. No quality control. No etiquette. This has to be the worst one. Served old fries. Sloppy tacos. Took way too long to get order in DT. Don't bother with this place after 9. They have no pride in their products. Sad.

Worst experience ever. Children running the place. Messed up order , playing ghetto music and cussing about what they do outside of work. Cold food after waiting for 15 minutes parked.

I went to the location on 75th Ave. and cactus this morning on my way to work didn’t have time to eat at home. Every time I go through the drive-through, even if I’m the only one in line I always have to pull around to the side of the building and wait for 10 minutes. I made the poor decision to go inside thinking it would be faster. I waited for somebody for five minutes to help me they kept walking by and looking at me and basically not even acknowledging me then she finally came over and took my order. I paid 10 dang minutes later I had to ask about my order and she said she didn’t know so after waiting 10 minutes because I was going to be late for work (and I was late) I tried to get the girl’s attention to get my money back I lost $13.40 AND didn’t get anything but my drink they really need to work on their customer service at this location it was extremely disappointing and infuriating. I am a single mother that doesn’t make much at her job. Things are tight enough without losing almost $14.

Please make sure you put everything that is on the order in the bag. I’m tired of not getting what I ordered I shouldn’t have to double check my bag every time I’m in the drive-through holding people up
This is by far the worst Jack in the Box location. The employees have no idea how to do this job.
First, when ordering at the drive through speaker box, they can't hear anything I say. I believe it's a combination of the speaker directly facing an extremely busy road, the poor quality of their equipment that is in disrepair, and the fact that the workers are not native English speakers, and it's a real problem.
Second, the food I receive is hard as a rock and is completely inedible. It's never fresh.
Third, I ordered a large iced coffee, and they did not fill it up. They filled it about 2/3rds up. I'm paying for 100% of the content, but I'm not receiving the content.
The lines are always long because of all of the above issues, and I'm sure they are dealing with frustrated customers requesting refunds or to remake food all day every day as I have experienced.
If you don't have time to do it right the first time, when will you have time to do it over? This place isn't worth a dime.

This place is like the "Plan 9 from outer space" of fast food. It's so terrible that you just have to see it. They should rename this place "hard bun in a box" because without fail, that's what you get. I literally tell people to go here just for the laughs. It's just SOOOOO bad 😂

I just went through the drive-through at this location. I pulled up to the window and see one of the staff members (skinny kid with curly hair) get my fries and proceeded to grab a couple fries out of the bag that he just put them in and threw a couple in his mouth and started eating them. The other guy that took my payment sees me looking in the window and tells me to back up behind the drive-through window (so I can’t see anything). After I did get my meal, there were only about 5 to 7 curly fries in the bag and two cold cheeseburgers. Would not recommend this location and hope management sees this.

Every time I come here I’m asked to back up in the drive through so the timer can be reset. It’s really stupid and inconvenient. This happens about 4pm Monday through Friday
I’m Always asked to back up and pull forward to the window again- not sure why? What does this do? Does it increase their numbers? I asked for tacos with no cheese, repeated myself 3 times because the girl kept saying the order incorrectly. After the 3rd time it was correct on the screen and she still gave me tacos with cheese. I Asked for sauce and ranch twice and she still didn’t give it to me when she handed me my order so I asked her a 3rd time and she was visibly irritated with me? I was nice to her and thanked her the whole way through.
Edit/ update : went through a second time a week later the girl was super kind! Someone else took my order still got the no cheese incorrect she didn’t update the screen as I asked her to and I got tacos with cheese. I did check my order this time and was able to switch my tacos out. I think the cooks have something against no cheese? Weird

This is the most expensive and horrible location. I literally ordered 3 meals , and told them I wanted a kids meal with chicken nuggets ! And I repeated said large on the meals , get to the window and they attempted to give me the wrong size no big deal he recharged me , no worries but then I get my order , loom at it everything checks out , but I get home they apparently replaced the kids meal that was supposted to be chicken nuggets for like weird nasty churros my child is so damn picky if it weren’t that they totally charged me for a full ass kids meal but gave my kid no actual food fries and churros ? And got all the way home make sure you check your order and ask for a receipt didn’t think I needed to check a kids meal so sad and inconvenient if you have kids you know how big of a pain they don’t get there food . So unfortunate too far away and the kid didn’t give me any sort of receipt my loss I should have asked so insane like 50$ for none of the food I ordered . Very disappointing .

Having to back up in the drive thru because of the timmers is stupid, I'd rather my food be cooked proper then have the chef race against a clock
