Turn around and go to the one on 91st ave and Olive, chick working December 1st at 1:30am was by far the worst drive thru chick I've ever come across. Not one word, no asking for sauce, no receipt, plain rude. Girl get another job if you stay that mad.

This is our 2nd bad experience. We will not be coming back.
Last week we went through drive thru and she didnt understand any of our order. Even though she repeated it 4 times. We still got the wrong food.
Today we came inside. Service was fine. Food ok. But the lobby music was loud and then they had super loud music blasting in the cooking area. The combo of mixed music was horrible.
Management needs to get their employees trained better.

Been to this location twice in 24 hours(it's walking distance to my house) and both times they said they couldn't make burgers. Only chicken or tacos.
Honestly I'm not even mad. I know fast food is not a fun job and doesn't pay well. So like...y'all hiring? Cuz I'd like to just stand around too.
Oh first time I went in there the poor dude behind the register hadnt been shown how to run it and once I realized I ordered the wrong thing he told me he didn't know how to change it so I was stuck with a jr cheeseburger instead of a jumbo jack.
Got carls Jr for the first time instead. Very filling, and I'm sure the quality was about even(crap, but that's what fast food is now thanks to greedy CEOs who insist on record profits every quarter.
I came here today which is 10/27 about 4:30 a.m. I go to order a burger and the kid tells me we're only taking doordash right now our systems down in our manager said to tell you that but you can come back in a couple of hours how convenient after his shift is over then the system will be up again they always say that they're getting paid to do nothing why have a fast food restaurant open 24 hours if you can't get food the manager either needs to get it together or he needs to be replaced right along with the crew

I just passed by the Drive thru September 29 and a bad experience the hamburger the meat was black as bad and the cashier had no experience because she didn't know what she was doing and I got to the window and the cashier was angry and they were slow
When the employee(s) at this Jack In The Box location keep a customer's debit or credit card they are commiting a crime. They kept my debit card today, so I called my Bank to cancel my debit card.
I went there today 9/26/25 it was like 4pm the lady who took my order on drive through she did what she want not what we ask her to do. One gentleman ordered food and drink with shake , i ordered food with a drink, we told her separate order as long as we pull up at the window she told us the total we told her supposed to be separate she say I add it on one bill I told her mom we leave in different places, we gave her the card to put the first order as long as we check the receipt shack was not there we told her we gonna use this same card to pay shake , she gave use card back and a other receipt when she removed $22. We told her mom I want to pay my food separately you supposed to remove first order and shake she close the window I try to get her name she closed the window but under her name was big latter TL . She is very very bad with bad attitude ( my last time to go at that place)

i like to give this place the benefit of the doubt every once in a while, but they never fail to disappoint. The drive thru has you wait out front for my food… only to hand me a bag full of cold food. Cold fast food isn’t easy to eat. There were other problems with my order but what the point of getting into derail.

Late nights suck because mostly you get to the sign and hear that they are the only person there so they aren't taking orders or they are out of items that have been pre ordered.

Every single time I pull up at night the system is always down allegedly…. It’s supposed to be 24/7 but never is at all when I pull up… honestly out of the last 8+ times I’ve pulled up I wasn’t ever able to buy food at all… how the hell is this location even still open??
