Lousy service cashier didn't listen to me when I ordered meal, got just the sandwich. Then not even the way I ordered. The donut holes were hard, must have sat around all day. I found them rude not going back.

Went to get food after a long day, went through the drive thru and they told me they're not taking orders and that's it. What the hell, their open 24hrs and they show their open still online so what the hell jack in the box. Staff there really sucks, guess that's probably why.

If I could give this location 5 stars and zero Stars I would. Half the time all the food is made correctly it's warm and it's fast and the staff are friendly and polite. The other half the time they take forever for the simplest orders and somehow mess up every single item and give out wrong bags of food. Some items are cold with still like refrigerated cheese on the sandwiches. All the toppings that are supposed to go on a burger for some reason are on a breakfast sandwich and vice versa. If you go inside the staff will just ignore you make quick eye contact with you and then look away real fast awkwardly for minutes until you start yelling for someone to help. Clearly there is one manager and crew that know what they are doing and there's another manager and staff that need to all be fired immediately

I drive for uber eats and I often pick up from this location. It is quite frustrating that every weekend in the early morning, around 5am, they are never accepting orders. You pull up to the drive through and they immediately say sorry tue system is down. How could that be?! I feel like whomever opens on the weekend intentionally shuts the system down. I ask what the problem is and she literally just shook her head and said don't know. Unreal... this is every weekend morning! The owners of this location need to be made aware of this! I just wasted 15min driving here for nothing and this has happened multiple times!

Nobody there knows what they’re doing. Waited for my order and asked the girl there where it was and she said they were still making it after 14 minutes….it was behind her in a bag.got the order and it was the wrong thing. Decided to still eat it and it tasted horrible. They got my drink right , yet it tasted like metal. Just eat ANYWHERE else please for your own sake
