The food is hot and freshly made, every time. Great front counter service! This seriously is the only Jack I eat at, purely because of the customer service!
We go out of our way to this very clean, well managed Jack N the Box Peoria AZ. The manager Megan
took our order today so efficient and pleasant the food is made to order and always right. Excellent!
Do you people even care about getting orders correct??? I asked for grilled wraps, GRILLED! Not crispy. This is why reading the order back the way it was given is important.
Idk $6 for a drink they didn’t even fill, no veggie options other than drinks or fries, tried to get the southwest salad with no chicken or cheese but they’re premade with cheese.. they cater to stoners and a lot of stoners are vegan 🤷♀️ but I got a ultimate cheeseburger meal for my bf, and bf was happy. I’m just not a fan but to each their own.

Most of the time the drive thru is shut down during the overnight, now that it is open, they claim to not have any large hamburger patties for the D Back Home Run promotion. Owners need ro.be looking into this location they are losing a lot of business.

The worst experience I have ever had from a Jack in the box. Order a Mello Yello Zero and rudely told I'm out. So I order a Sprite Zero and they end up giving me a regular Sprite. Told them I wanted no pickles on my chicken wraps. Got pickles on all 3 of them. Asked for curly fries instead of regular got regular. The woman taking orders seems like she didnt want to be there rude from beginning to end. Menu board in drive-thru was missing a Menu display so you had to pull up to the speaker to see the rest of the Menu slowing down order time in drive-thru.
I ordered delivery tonight. I ordered a sourdough burger. I opened it and there was no burger. I'm infuriated. Two pieces of sourdough bread with only mayonnaise and a piece of bacon. I called the restaurant and they would not answer. Will NEVER go back to my beloved Jack in the BOX
The food was really good, but it got a lot smaller. The service was really slow. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone helped me. The place was also really dirty, and the bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels.

There are no cashiers at the front, you have to order on a machine, but I needed to split payment two ways. After waiting for a long period for a cashier to take out payment, I was informed they can't split. That's okay, I payed with a different card.
However, the wait was long for my food. After I recieved it, it was wrong and I asked for it to be re-done. During this time, someone took a door dash order (while I was waiting) and they didn't check to make sure they were the dasher. The real dasher came in a few minutes later and they refused to remake the order despite his proof.
Overall, the staff was rude, the order was wrong, the atmosphere was dark and gloomy, and it was a terrible experience. Don't order from here.
Lousy service cashier didn't listen to me when I ordered meal, got just the sandwich. Then not even the way I ordered. The donut holes were hard, must have sat around all day. I found them rude not going back.

Clean and fresh food

Went to get food after a long day, went through the drive thru and they told me they're not taking orders and that's it. What the hell, their open 24hrs and they show their open still online so what the hell jack in the box. Staff there really sucks, guess that's probably why.
