It's weird that when they're not busy, they still make you pull around the front to get your food in the drive thru, but otherwise all good.

2 jr. cheeseburgers and 1 chicken sandwich took 32 minutes… no “sorry for the wait” Asked for money back and they couldn’t. The slowest fast food spot of any of them. Save your time and money and avoid this location.

Cheating make times by sending everyone out to wait in the front of the store. You'd expect the order to be correct with the additional time they make you wait out front, nope, order still wrong. This is a regular occurace. No one wants to work their either, it's obvious by the attitudes. Use to be a solid, anytime of the day or night place. Unfortunately, not anymore and not for a while.
Honestly place needs to be shut down workers are rude and treat your food like a hacky sack and no matter what expect to wait 25+ plus minutes for your food and then they forget to put things in order 5th time this has happened to me since starting to come to location barely a year ago

So it has been about a month since I contacted Jack in the Box main office and this location about our last order being so poorly made. We have been eating from this location since they opened with no big issues. All I was told from the main office was to try a different location??? REALLY? This Was our favorite burger place but guess no longer.

Love this location, never had a bad experience till last night. I went to the location and went into the store and ordered a to go order. Paid and watched the staff make my food. Seemed like they did a good job till I physically watched them dump my fries into a container and then let it sit there for 8 plus minutes. Was waiting for a milkshake to be made. Which ai understand they had to refill the machine and wait for the machine to make the shakes. All the while, my food was sitting there getting cold. I got the $12 munchy box. The tacos were horrible and had wilted and brown lettuce on them. Had to reheat my fries and burger when I got home. I also ordered a jumbo jack burger. The bun was cold like it had just come out of the refrigerator. The burger had no onions and no pickles and just looked horrible. Also ordered another burger, and it looked horrible as well. Just ordered 3 meals with shakes cost $44 and was the worst Jack in The Box food I have ever got. It was not a busy time, so I'm not sure why it all got made horribly. Also wanted to contact the store, and no one has reached out to us about this. Very very very disappointed
