Jalapeño Inferno - Park West offers a mixed experience. The decor is sparse with empty tables, lacking energy. Service is good, with fast and efficient staff like Michelle, who provides great service with positive energy. The food like pollo fundido, green corn tamale, and ground beef burrito with enchilada sauce is excellent, although the sauce can be too hot. Margaritas and flour chips with salsa are highlights. Despite being understaffed and sometimes slow with seating or checks, the beans, rice, and enchiladas sauce are outstanding. Parking is plentiful but busy on weekends.
