Went on a Wednesday night. Not too crowded! The server was very informative on items on the menu. The bartender was funny! Drinks were great! The jalapeño style avocado dip was amazing! This is a must to start. We had the taco salad, which was great and chima, which was very tasty as well. Super great experience, we will definitely be back to try out more items in the menu.

My recent visit to Jalapeño Inferno left me feeling thoroughly disappointed. Despite the pleasant atmosphere, the experience was overshadowed by issues with the food quality and transparency regarding menu items. I opted for the $20 bacon wrapped shrimp salad, only to discover upon its arrival that several items were missing. Additionally, the salad contained black, wilted pieces of lettuce, which was concerning. I promptly requested a replacement with the missing ingredients, but unfortunately, it wasn't until everyone at the table had nearly finished their meals that the server returned to inform me that two of the ingredients were out of stock. While I appreciated the effort to rectify the situation, I couldn't help but feel frustrated by the lack of upfront communication regarding ingredient availability, especially considering the price of the dish. The lack of transparency regarding menu items and the disappointing food quality left much to be desired. I hope they take proactive steps to improve in these areas moving forward.

Same as other low reviews, nobody greeted us or showed up to take any of our orders. 2 different times. Sat at bar on one occasion and in regular seating area. Just rude.We went back to cold beers and cheeseburgers. Won’t be fooled a 3rd time ??♀️

Delicious food, great vibe and even better service! My server Carrie who has an incredibly friendly smile, was very considerate of my gluten allergy and closed the patio door to cut down the breeze to make my experience perfect! Can't recommend enough!

Went here last night arrived at 8:30 and the bartender promptly told us that they were closed. Check their operating hours and they're supposed to be open till 9:00 p.m. . Whatever we will never be back and from the looks of it there's a lot of people that feel this way since it was so empty

Food was great, service was great and dessert was awesome. Churro skillet dessert was fantastic. Atmosphere was clean modern only thing which not a huge thing, TV's in bar need to be bigger facing all directions. Bar across the way huge TV's that place was crowded.

Great food, service is great & the outdoor seating is nice. Have been eating there every weekend for the past three weeks. Try the chimichanga with white sauce and shredded beef and leave room for the ice cream and churros!
I rarely leave a 1 star, especially since the food here was good but there's an serious issue here that should be addressed. I did really enjoy the food and really liked their quesadilla Cobb salad. Definitely something unique that I've never had before. Fresh chips always hit the spot too. I did make a reservation ahead of time and was able to get seated pretty quickly. It was a little busy that night, however it did take about 10 minutes for any server to acknowledge us. I think the bartender ended up waiting on us. The BIG issue is from what you can sort of see from my picture of the Cobb salad on the bottom right....the dish was chipped. It happens and dishes chip, but it's a serious issue and is against health and safety regulations to use that dish. Some of the silverware was also dirty and had gunk on the back of them. Had to ask for new fork. Honestly, if I wasn't served a chipped dish, I would of given this 4 stars, but based on my experience here, it currently stands at 1 star and I'd advise if you do eat here, please pay attention the dishes and silverware you use.

Just went up there for dinner. The food was great but the atmosphere was horrible. The music was so loud that we couldn't hear the other couple. We ask repeatedly for them to turn it now. It would go down for one minute and then go right back up. It was horrible. Manager did not care.

Great vibe, delicious food. I met a couple of our clients, from Car-Go Auto Transport, for lunch and ordered the hatch caramelos with steak, rice and beans. At the end of the meal, a manager brought a complimentary treat to our table. Nice touch!
