Ordered an açaí bowl and it was very icy and didn’t get as much base as I usually get here. Had more honey then anything. It wasn’t just me, each one of my friends bowls was like this. We weren’t pleased with them.

Customer service here is leaves a lot to be desired. I used to be a manager at a fast food place so I made sure our employees provided a proper greeting upon first interaction with customer and properly thank them for their order as they can choose to go anywhere but spent there money at your establishment.I walk in at 4:30pm and walk up to the young lady at the counter, there is another girl making shakes and a gentleman washing dishes. No line. I received no hi or how are you. I got "are you here to pick up an order"? I said no. She said "we'll be right with you". Few minutes later, the other girl goes to the register and again, no hi or how are you today. Just "what can I get you"? Gave her my order. I had to look at the screen for my total. She barely said two words to me while taking my order. After order was taken, I waited a few minutes for my shake. The first girl called my name, set my shake down and walked to the back. No thank you or have a nice day.I would like to add that the customer view areas could all use a deep cleaning.The shake itself was wonderful and delicious!

Went on Friday 1.5.2024 at 5. Not crowded. Waited 10 minutes in line (only 1 other patron whose order was messed up and they were making her an additional item) and the more experienced employee ignored me even though she stood by the 2nd cash register. I finally get to the cash register and ordered an OJ/carrot juice and the more experienced employee (training the other employee) said they were all out of carrots. I said oh forget it at which point the employee started laughing at me. When I walked out I looked back inside and she was still laughing at me, making a scene with the other ppl in the store. I know they recently lost some staff and good help is hard to come by but really?? Staff that ignore and laugh at customers and act like I should be grateful for their offensive behaviour. Please!….. Less than 5 minutes later I was pulling out The Coffee Bean drive through 2 parking spots away with a delicious Peach Mango iced tea! Should have went there in the first place. PASS ON JAMBA JUICE!

Came in and ordered 3 smoothies. One of them was totally liquid, the other was completely bland. Took them almost 20 minutes to make 3 drinks. Horrible experience and won't return

Please verify your order before leaving the location. I ordered the açaí bowl with pineapples and mango instead of the blueberries and strawberries for allergy reasons. Reached my destination only to find the only fruit in there was bananas. If you don’t have additional fruit, say that. If you’re not able to substitute, say that. Don’t allow your customers to leave with what something they didn’t order. You wondered why it wasn’t as full as normal. I tried calling back to let them know but I couldn’t get thru.

Came last time and the lights were off so I assumed they were closed. Not sure if they need to be fixed, all of them (doubt) or they legit just have them off because they want people to think they’re closed. I Noticed people so I walked in, I’m annoyed because I could’ve got this the other day. 9.5.23 7:00pm come on kids don’t be lazy.

The app says to go straight to the pick up area so I stood in front of it and no one greeted me or asked if I was picking up an order like they do at other locations. I waited about 10 minutes and watched in-store customers place new orders and receive their orders. Still no one acknowledged me so I finally said something after everyone left and they told me my order was in the back. I tried to voice my frustration but the girl was indifferent and told to I have to wait in line to tell them I have an online order next time.

To start, I am extremely big on providing the best customer service, so as I am writing this just no how disappointed I am with this locations customer service. I called at 7:49pm tonight (I know they close at 8) but I was 2 minutes away from this location and just wanted an order for pick up. The girl who answered told me the store closes in 3 minutes, and I said to her I thought it was 8? And she replied yes but that’s in 3 minutes. (It was not) Also, when she answered the phone she didn’t even say hello or anything and waited for me to introduce myself! (Just a little note for her-if you want to keep rising on your career you need to be professional on the phone and introduce the company’s name and yourself) I asked her if I could get her name and she said no. I then asked if there was a a manger because she was being extremely rude and unprofessional (I didn’t say this to her, just asked for the manager) and she told me she was the shift lead and I could not talk with the manager and good luck to me trying to get in contact with the owner (and I literally laughed out loud because who in their right mind says that to someone!?) This review is for the 75th and Bell location at 7:50pm on 7/12 just so you can narrow down who this is. I am extremely disappointed because I come here often and have never been talked to like this! I had her on speaker and my husband who’s a recruiting manager who executes interviews all day was laughing at how rude she was and stated she would never get hired at any company for the way she was talking to me!I had to share this experience because I feel like this needs to be addressed. To be kind is free- it doesn’t cost anything to be kind, so why go out of your way to have a negative attitude and just not be a decent human being? I would have never gotten where I am today career wise if I had acted the way she has! I just wanted to share that with her to hopefully open her eyes and share what kind of experience she provided tonight for us.

Noticed lights were dimmed or some were turned off sat in my car thinking they were closed until I saw two younger ladies in there cleaning at approximately 8:19-20.Saw the menu online before entering stating green juices and had asked if they had any to which they replied we haven't done juice in awhile I saw there was juices on the menu just not green. Both female girls continued to laugh about it and talk about it and heard them saying "oh want me to tell them" when I said "you guys don't do juice it's up there on the menu" confused. Very unprofessional for a staff member to laugh at customers and continue to talk about them while they are right there waiting for a product they paid for and bad for business to turn lights off and make people think they were closed. I know it was a little later notice but I had been searching for a juice place open and this was the closest thing to where I happened to be in the area. Lots of negative reviews of this location and negative female worker behavior. Seems like not the spot to spend your money!
