Not a huge fan of this location. Last time the sewer gas smell was asphyxiating. The staff will say "welcome in" every time but after that intial greeting you are usually ignored. In-app orders take a very very long time, even when it appears there aren't many customers.

Just got it delivered and I open the bag to see the bowl is only half full?? I’m giving it a 3 star because it’s good but it’s also melted. I don’t live far, maybe 8 mins tops, so it rlly shouldn’t be melted. Idk, just kinda disappointed. I used to rlly enjoy Jamba so I’m hoping this is just a fluke? Maybe I’ll give the benefit of the doubt but I probably won’t order again in the near future.

This place sucks. The drinks and stuff are fine but the staff are a holes. Me and my friend came in a few minutes until closing (I didn’t know they closed at 5 pm) and they were so rude. After I took my order, they completely ignored us the rest of the time and my friend didn’t get to order. We waited at the register for a few minutes and both workers walked passed us many times and ignored us. They had plenty of time to take the other order. Insane being so rude considering they close at only 5 pm.

So.. I recently applied for a position at this store I called the store at 1:36 9/14/2023 and a worker there said the hiring manager isn’t there but she’ll give me her number to set up an interview. I said okay i called the number and the hiring manager answered ( Patricia Garcia) she seemed irritated she said ( hello? Who is this?) I told her my name and what I wanted. She said ( I don’t know who gave you this number but this is my personal number), I said okay I’m just calling about my application ( I obviously didn’t know that was her personal number!!!!) she said ( okay well I’m not hiring..) and hung up before I could even talk to her about other options. I literally just called about my application like what??

Usually when I go there the staff is friendly and I get good service. Today when I walked in and headed to place my order the girl in front of the register was staring out the window while I stood there waiting for her to acknowledge me and take my order. After standing there for 30 seconds she looked at me waiting for me to speak. I got no greeting nor can I take your order. I placed my order and when I got my açaí bowl and smoothie I walked out to my car. When I got inside the car I saw that my açaí bowl was literally soup. I was going to walk back to let her know that she had to make a new one for me because this wasn’t acceptable but I had to get home. I don’t know what was wrong with that girl this morning but the service I got was horrible.

the place had cockroaches alive and dead EVERYWHERE. it was absolutely disgusting, the drinks were fine but the workers and place was horrible

Online offers options ( such as boba ) that they don’t actually have when you get there. And then they act like you’re stupid for asking. Otherwise Jamba is always yummy.
