Chef Brown!!!!! Thank you for providing the absolute BEST smoked brisket for our Christmas dinner!!!! It was delicious!!!! My family got to it before I could take a picture but it was better than I had hoped for. Not too overwhelming with a smoky flavor but just the right balance with the spices. And TENDERRRRRRRR!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went couple days a go and got the worst cajun mix and some amateur sauce. This cook needs to learn how to make food. Very Mean looking dude. Please learn to be professional
