Jersey Mike's Subs

went in to get dinner with my buy one get one free coupon that expires on december 31st 2025 which is TWENTY FIVE DAYS AWAY and then they told me they aren’t accepting them anymore and i had to pay full price. i could’ve walked out but they were already working on my food and i didn’t want to be rude, but why hand out these coupons in the first place if you aren’t gonna accept them?? not sure if this is some sort of discrimination but it doesn’t make any sense.

The lake pleasant location ruined jersey Mike's for me until lone mountain opened up and met these 3 awesome employees!!

Overpriced for sandwiches, tiny inside. Have ordered on the app when they had deals. But wont go back unless they send coupons.

Giving them four stars for right now. Been here a few times and every time, there’s always some type of an issue when it comes to ordering or follow through. I think it’s just because it’s a new location and they are working out the kinks. Will definitely be trying again.

Always delicious! I like that they put a lot of meat on their subs and a lot less bread!

I hate to complain about Jersey Mike's because I've loved it for so many years. The fresh bread was the reason. But, lately it seems hard, dry and stale. Stale bread caused me to leave Subway and come to Mike's. Do I need to go back?

Ordered via the app, order was made quickly and correctly. Busy inside during the lunch rush, but there was still plenty of parking. Girl at the counter was friendly, even to one rude customer ahead of me. It's so nice having options for food in the area.

They were friendly and did everything exactly as we requested, food was great. It wasn't as rushed as other locations we have been to. Great experience!

The staff is amazing! This was my first time going to this location, and everyone was friendly, starting conversations, and very productive. There was a line when I walked in, but they were quick and I was in and out in five minutes.
