We found a hair in our sandwich(looks like a beard hair.) when we called the store whoever answered the phone said they can refund us. We still haven’t gotten the refund so we called again today and the store manager Eric, said he can’t do anything about it and that the other person never told him about it. I think that’s disgusting and the least they could do is remake the sandwich if they can’t do a refund. I threw away the sandwich due to the hair and again Eric said nothing can be done. Watch out if you go here and inspect your food.

Would like a little more mayo with my sandwich next time

Just picked up subs that I ordered online. Sub bread on all 3 subs were hard like a cruton. How can they serve hard bread when it's easy to see that the bread was over cooked! Geez guys get your eyes checked and serve quality bread for heaven sake!

I'm a regular Jersey Mike's. They offer the best Italian subs around, #13, my favorite. I've had almost every sandwich Jersey Mike's offers and they are all outstanding. Excellent customer service, fast and friendly.

Would not recommend coming here. I ordered 2 sandwiches one hot and one cold. I received my cold sandwich and then watched as they made online orders and pick up orders ahead of mine. Cold sandwich finished and waiting and waiting for the hot sandwich. Asked for my money back. They advised I speak with Erik who was incredibly rude when I asked for my money back for the wait. He even said to me “I don’t care what you think lady”! Would strongly recommend going just a few miles away for better and more timely service!

I remember when your establishment was considered to be the gold standard for subs. They were always made well, you didn't have to order extra meat in order to have an adequate sandwich. The #13 I ordered today was falling apart, no dressing, lettuce, etc. Infact it tasted old, the last several times I experienced the same lack of quality.

This location has consistently provided very tasty, fresh food and good service. This location gets busy, so be prepared to wait in line if you go at peak times. Worth the wait though.

Vegetarian options: We are not vegan, but we frequently get the portobello mushroom hot sandwich. You can add meat, but it is delicious without.

time at this location Happy Valley Rd Peoria and itvwas great but we are from Jersey lol

You guys close at 9:00 come 7-7:30 your restaurant already has the grill cleaned and shut down for the night, which is completely unacceptable. Never have any bread ready. I also really HATE this location. The worst location across the valley, I get charged for extra meat when I don’t even get extra meat all I ask for no ham and replace it with turkey. You guys act like your sandwiches come pre made and you have to unwrap it and take the ham out. You literally make it right then and there, charge me for extra meat when I get the same amount of portion of meat nothing is extra about it, and your employees are just so rude they play telephone down the line “charge her extra meat” because it’s an inconvenience to everyone to make a sandwich with no ham and replace with turkey. I will only go to this location if I am in dire need, other than that I will travel to all the other locations where they have more courtesy and respect for their customers.

Tell me why and I truly hope to be given an answer. I simply ask for turkey instead of ham and I’m being charge for extra meat. Please I’ll take extra turkey. This is the only location across the valley who charges me extra. I’ve worked in Scottsdale and Tempe visiting multiple locations and this one place I swear has it out for me. Before I even reach the counter they have it charged extra meat. Thanks guys!
