We ordered 2 subs and 2 wraps. One of the subs and one of the wraps was wrong; no big deal. They ended up remaking our orders and gave us the two wrong ones anyways. Well, when we got home, the two they remade were the right ones except had stuff we didn’t want and not the stuff we did want. And the kicker was a piece of plastic wrap in my sub!! Disappointed and disgusted…

this is the second time we’ve ordered delivery from this location and have had to wait over an hour for our food.

To the gentleman working there with the mustache-Your generosity and attitude will not be forgotten! Sometimes I go to the location off Bell, but this will be my primary location for now on. Great service with a big smile!

The staff didn’t ask what I wanted on my sandwich at all. I told them no cheese on my sandwich and there was cheese on it. I wanted to pick and choose what I wanted but unlike other sandwich shops, you have to tell them exactly what you want on the sandwich at the register and good luck if they listen.

Do not recommend, will not be back.

We haven’t been to Jimmy John’s in forever and seduced to stop to pick up some sandwiches before heading to the lake. While service was great our entire visit the food just wasn’t great. My sandwich had so much mayonnaise I couldn’t even finish it My husband and daughter both waisted half of theirs as well for similar reasons. The bread isn’t my favorite and just gives me that almost stale taste. That is of course my opinion. I’ll stick to my other sandwich shop from now on.

The workers were nice & friendly and my avocado turkey sub was delicious!! Keep up the great work! I'll be back! 👍
