Had THE BEST experience here. Hubs and I have been to our share of Japanese Steakhouses over the years and across various states, and this is one of the most entertaining experiences we’ve had! Gabriel was amazing! He was fun, easy to engage with, and just rolled with all the things…even my pretty awesome joke at the end of his performance 😉 And he absolutely nailed the food…scallops are an art to perfect, and by god he did just that!! When we come back, we will be requesting him as our chef!!!

Delicious food, excellent service. Waiter recommended a wonderful cherry blossom drink. Had an amazing 21st birthday dinner here!

Horrible experience, went in on a day the “WiFi” was down. Came time to pay and my server took a picture of my wife’s debit card said she’ll run it later. Before we can leave the restaurant my wife got an alert for a purchase of 130$ to apple.. we don’t have any connections to apple or payments or anything of 130$.. later that day my wife’s card was charged for the food which the amount charged was about 80$ too much. We both called and spoke to 2 GM’s. We were never called back or provided any itemized receipt so we can match and make sure we were charged correctly (knowing we weren’t) we never heard from either one of the GM’s we spoke to until we made a review.. GM states our server never took a picture of our card and tried to offer us 150$ credit to eat again (which we would never step foot in that place again). We expected WAY BETTER treatment after doing research and seeing it had 4.5 stars. Ridiculous experience and horrible way of handling it. A lot to fix

Horrible experience.. do not waste your time. The food is beyond disappointing no flavor or seasoning and the server took my credit card info and used it on $131 apple transaction.. reached out to restaurant and the Manager never contacted us back.

This was our first time at this location. My 8year old son absolutely loves japanese culture and it’s food. He has been doing really great in school and got honor roll award for his good grades. Since I have a newborn baby and my husband works long over night hours, it has been very difficult for us to go out a family. Upon reading the good reviews we thought it was worth the drive ( 45 minutes and even drove past 2 other Japanese steakhouse). We decided to surprise my son and we went out as a family to celebrate and eat at the Teppanyaki table on 11/02… We were the first reservation at 3pm.. they open the doors and a few employees are setting up the tables. An employee brings a rack of glassware behind the host stand and is having a conversation about how last night’s employees left without doing side work at closing time and left dirty dishes at the dish pit… all while we are waiting to be seated at our table. After few minutes our server finally comes out and we finally get sat at the teppanyaki table.. we order our drink/apps… during this entire time there is no music playing. We get our first appetizers and after a while they come around with another set of appetizers . We look for our server and she finally comes out and explained to us at about 30-40 minutes in that their system was down and that’s why it was so quiet and there was no music. She also stated at this point she didn’t know how much or how she was even going to charge us… we had already placed rest of our order for the chef and he ended up showing up closer to 4pm. The chef was very nice and he was trying his best to be entertaining but in the end the food was very bland and flavorless. Our server forgot to place an order for my sons noodles and when the chef was done placing our food on plates our server immediately came back with to go boxes AND OUR DESSERT… with out no warning or asking us if we were ready for it. our kids put their food to the side . She was definitely hinting us to leave .. since their system was still down she wasn’t able to run our credit card so she took it to the back with the manager to see how to go about the situation.. when she comes back she comes and shows me on her personal phone she took a picture of my credit card and told me she will run my credit card when her system comes up and that she’s text me a receipt. I didn’t think it was safe but I wanted to trust her word. We’ll 9pm comes I’m at home and realized I never got the receipt I check my credit card account and realized I’ve been charged an amount higher than I was expecting to pay and on top of that there was a transaction that was made on APPLE.COM $131.15 that was not me!!! I am beyond upset I call the restaurant realized they’re still open and I spoke to CALEB and explained everything that happened he tried to locate my receipt but couldn’t find it for a while and said he’d reach out to his manager to help me with the situation. He let me know they were closing soon so to expect a call or email the next day around 4pm … it is now 11/10 and they have not reached back no call no email.. I’m beyond disappointed to realize that this really happened. I went to out with my family hoping for a good time, good food but instead our food was very basic/mediocre and our server witch I regret not remembered her name took advantage of the WiFi/system being down she overcharged us and used our credit card info to buy $131.00 in Apple gift card I’m guessing.
It’s so sad because the place has so much potential but with the employees moving like this is so disappointing.

We had excellent service at the bar for drinks prior to dinner. The show was pretty good, but the food was excellent! Will definitely return.

A Japanese steakhouse with sushi and other Asian fare. Upscale but not too pricey. We enjoyed the fresh sashimi combo, Orange Chicken, Beef Udon, and a salad. I wasn’t a fan of the banana foster dessert. It wasn’t gooey enough and the chocolate cake was so so. The selection of sakes and drinks, however, were excellent. I forgot to mention that the appetizers were good like the lobster roll, BBQ ribs, and crab Rangoon .

Went for an early teppanyaki dinner (with a toddler and a 7yo) and everything went better than expected. Service was wonderful all around, they were able to accommodate for gluten free (celiac) and I felt safe eating there. Food was delicious and our chef was entertaining. Will be back!

Dietary restrictions: Was able to accommodate gluten free (cooked separately in back unless entire table agrees to use tamari sauce for the fried rice, which we did). Subbed dressing and omitted sauces with gluten for me. No reactions afterward, yay!

The chef made indecent and sexually themed jokes throughout the entire night. Was not a good experience. Food was bland. The chef was also upset with the waitress for putting the orders in the wrong order. Had to fix the ticket so everyone got the correct order. Was looking forward to the evening out which we almost never get. Very disappointing.

This restaurant is truly exceptional and offers a delightful culinary experience. If you are new to Japanese cuisine, you will be so impressed that you will want to travel to Tokyo the very next day. The venue is quite spacious and even features its own shared cooking show. I believe it is an ideal spot for couples. The quality of both the service and the food exceeded our expectations. We are eagerly looking forward to returning to sample more dishes.

Very fun place!! We had a very charismatic and delightful chef! I really enjoyed the food and my my the cocktails and beer selection are delicious. We got the lavender martini and Kirin Ichiban.
Reasons why I only gave 3 stars: the atmosphere was a tad loud and overstimulating for some of the people in our group, they forgot to bring out my sushi rolls until we were about to leave and unfortunately one of the waitresses gave me an unwarranted and really sour look when I asked her to let me finish my veggies before she took my dish. Really put me off.

It's a fun place to bring a group for Hibachi! The service is very good, and the food is made to order in front of you at the Hibachi table. The chefs are very entertaining as well.
