I’m so tired of this location but unfortunately it’s the only one close to me! Today I ordered 2 famous bowls and a spicy chicken sandwich. Bowls came out COLD and the sandwich had a bone it in that cut my gums and made me bleed IN THE FIRST BITE, on the bright side the sandwich was warm lol how do I add a picture?

I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT KFC, this location has ruined it!! They are rude, and disrespectful of people’s time and money I placed an online order for pick up at 630pm Arrived at 720,there were 2 cars in drive through and 2 people eating and no one in line I stood at counter over 5 minutes without being acknowledged by staff strike one My order was not ready I was told 8 minutes on chicken So I waited, 30 minutes later only my chicken was bagged and handed to me I informed the girl with red hair that’s not my order she snatched the bag off counter strike two when the whole order was brought back there were still missing items when attempting to get the staffs attention I was ignored so I yelled excuse me the tall guy who I assume was the manager attempted to check me about raising my voice the girl with red braids laughed and acknowledged the missing items but just stood there my chicken was not sauced and box was open in bag strike three I asked for a refund and was given 52 of the 56 I spent when I questioned it the tall guy who I assume was manager stated that’s all he is refunding no food and part of my money stolen and rude behavior this is not a good look KFC

Would give negative 5 if I could. Waiting 20 minute's after ordering because in the middle of making my food they had to stop and get on their phones. Or make fun of the drive thru customers. One even started giving me dirty looks after I asked for my money back. No way am I eating food made by someone messing with the same phone they take into the bathroom with them.

Ordered 8 piece tenders got 6 and 2 were nuggets. Biscuits undercooked and gravy lumpy. Check your food before you leave. Very disappointed

Today I ordered a six piece meal which should come with 4 individual sides and 4 biscuits. The only thing they got correct was the biscuits. I ordered from a kiosk as instructed by the signs, and there you can make changes to customize the order. I changed to the pieces I wanted and placed my order. I received my food and left. When I got home the order was all wrong. I was missing two sides and no changes were made on the pieces I chose. I called and a young man answered the phone “hello”. He sounded like he would rather be anywhere but there. After I explained he said I needed to bring the whole order back. I had eaten some of it so I could not bring it back. I asked if I could at least get the two missing sides. He said they needed the entire order. Customer service is dead. Shame on me for trusting they could get it correct. A cautionary tale. Check your food before leaving. I will not return.

Worst KFC in the state of Arizona. Their food is always old. I work close and started eating there and every time I get food it’s stale and hard so then I tell them about it and they throw the fried pickles back in the fryer and give them back to me now they’re super hard if you want good KFC food do not go to this restaurant. There’s a reason there’s no traffic in the drive-through or in store.
Several times we have ordered Chicken Pot Pies on-line. We are given a pick-up time,usually 30 minute wait time, but when we get there they aren’t ready as they just started cooking them because they had run out. So instead of getting our ordered when told we are now waiting 30 more minutes

This is the worst kfc ever!! There one guy who walks around doing nothing looks like he just got out of jail always trying to look cool. Who won’t help you unless you’re a chick with a big rack or small. Final straw was we went thru the drive thru and waited 5 minutes. They told us they would be right with us. I swear they were just waiting for us to leave. There was nobody inside. I’m done with this location. We will be calling corporate hope they shut this worthless place down!!

I ordered the 3 piece meal and apparently there's a shortage on gravy for the mashed potatoes! This location is staffed by 20 somethings who could care less on what they serve to the public. Took 10 minutes to get my order and yet people in the drive thru were getting there's before me who had dined inside! I was the only person in the dinning room with dirty tables, nobody was at the front counter, the drive thru got all of the attention. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This restaurant is the closest to my workplace. The food was underwhelming, bread was not warmed up missing fries, side of nuggets are in a tiny little box that I thought was carrying ranch etc. why go to kfc when there are better restaurants across the street. I had high hopes :(((
