They are terrible. They don’t answer the phone even though it’s in the office ringing all day. Don’t eat here. It is a waste of time and money. Workers don’t work, food cooked terribly, all of it. Your better off going to a different location.

We went through the drive-through tonight after the Thunderbird location was closed due to system outages. The service here was quick and the food was good.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a $30 chicken and tenders meal. When I got home I only had 6 pieces of chicken in my bucket and did t get my tenders. I live about 25 min from the store so I tried calling and no one ever answered the phone. This is not the first time something like that happens to me at this kfc. To add to the insult we found hair in the chicken we got and also in the mashed potatoes.So much inconsistency and lack of urgency from the team about 75% of the time.

Very slow. The tables were dirty and they weren't busy at all. And then it takes forever to get attention from anyone. And they were very very rude. Definitely recommend never go in there.

Was craving some kfc. Looked up the one by my house and it said it was open until 10pm. I drive over only for them to tell me they're closed and its currently 9:07pm. What's the point of having a time that you're supposed to close at if you don't follow it? I would give negative stars if I could. Two more cars showed up as we were leaving and they ended up having to leave too. Really poor way to operate business.

They are trying to eliminate cashiers and force you to order from a dirty kiosk rather than take your order. 3 people in the restaurant and nearly every table and seat were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Not sure what the kids working there were doing but after waiting a good amount of time I had to yell to get someone's attention in the back to give me condiments and take another customers order. Corporate needs to visit this store and get things in order.

Bland as heck. The fried chicken was missing all eleven spices and herbs.
Started off in the negative. There was a torn sign on the front door stating “we have green beans already”, yet it wasn’t on the menu. I ordered at a kiosk as no one was at the front counter when I entered. Could not get a receipt and $2 charge was added AFTER card was charged.
Not a good experience. Asst. manager stated he was unable to print a receipt.

Just 40 minutes ago I went and ordered à la cart. Two chicken breast original recipe and 2 biscuits with honey packets. I asked her do the biscuits come with honey. She says yes. When she was getting the order and I said don’t forget those biscuits come with honey and she says yes! Guess what … I didn’t check the bag. I didn’t think I need to check the bag since I already asked twice, but there was no honey packets. Do you guys teach Customer Service or how to remember an order? Maybe the orders written down. So disappointing, my bad I should’ve opened the bag and checked. I want to trust, but I guess I can’t. What’s irritating is the drive-through was out of order and I went in to order inside so eye contact apparently doesn’t work. Order is dated 9 - 14 - 2024, 11:55 AM cashier Kimberly. ?
