Ordered 8 piece tenders got 6 and 2 were nuggets. Biscuits undercooked and gravy lumpy. Check your food before you leave. Very disappointed

Today I ordered a six piece meal which should come with 4 individual sides and 4 biscuits. The only thing they got correct was the biscuits. I ordered from a kiosk as instructed by the signs, and there you can make changes to customize the order. I changed to the pieces I wanted and placed my order. I received my food and left. When I got home the order was all wrong. I was missing two sides and no changes were made on the pieces I chose. I called and a young man answered the phone “hello”. He sounded like he would rather be anywhere but there. After I explained he said I needed to bring the whole order back. I had eaten some of it so I could not bring it back. I asked if I could at least get the two missing sides. He said they needed the entire order. Customer service is dead. Shame on me for trusting they could get it correct. A cautionary tale. Check your food before leaving. I will not return.

Worst KFC in the state of Arizona. Their food is always old. I work close and started eating there and every time I get food it’s stale and hard so then I tell them about it and they throw the fried pickles back in the fryer and give them back to me now they’re super hard if you want good KFC food do not go to this restaurant. There’s a reason there’s no traffic in the drive-through or in store.

Several times we have ordered Chicken Pot Pies on-line. We are given a pick-up time,usually 30 minute wait time, but when we get there they aren’t ready as they just started cooking them because they had run out. So instead of getting our ordered when told we are now waiting 30 more minutes

This is the worst kfc ever!! There one guy who walks around doing nothing looks like he just got out of jail always trying to look cool. Who won’t help you unless you’re a chick with a big rack or small. Final straw was we went thru the drive thru and waited 5 minutes. They told us they would be right with us. I swear they were just waiting for us to leave. There was nobody inside. I’m done with this location. We will be calling corporate hope they shut this worthless place down!!

I ordered the 3 piece meal and apparently there's a shortage on gravy for the mashed potatoes! This location is staffed by 20 somethings who could care less on what they serve to the public. Took 10 minutes to get my order and yet people in the drive thru were getting there's before me who had dined inside! I was the only person in the dinning room with dirty tables, nobody was at the front counter, the drive thru got all of the attention. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This restaurant is the closest to my workplace. The food was underwhelming, bread was not warmed up missing fries, side of nuggets are in a tiny little box that I thought was carrying ranch etc. why go to kfc when there are better restaurants across the street. I had high hopes :(((

I was supposed to get 12 nuggets with my order. When I got home there were 3 nuggets and a pile of crunchy garbage from the bottom of the frier. I tried to call because they were closing soon but no one answered the phone. I'm out $28 and still have a hungry family. This place is pathetic.
Last time I'll eat KFC 8 plus dollar's for a half way filled bowl with four nuggets I'm good this place is never busy anymore will be going out of business soon

Went to this KFC for lunch there was only 1 customer in the curbside pick up no customers in drive through and no other customers in the store. When I got there there was no one to greet me no one said if I could please wait no one in sight at all. After standing around for 5 minutes waiting for someone to pop up and no one did I finally had to Hollar out if anyone ws there. Once they finally showed up there was no apologies for the wait or inconvenience instead I get told to oder at the kiosk. I've never used those kiosk at any restaurant before as I also pay in cash and prefer talking to a person so I asked if she could come out to help us and she said just 1 moment. Another 5 minutes later and still no additional customers in drive through or restaurant and she still didn't come out to help us so I had to yell for her again. Now she comes out with attitude when I tell her that I need help finding the $5 meal deal on the stupid kiosk and instead of jumping to give me a hand and insure my business she looked at me like she's an idiot (clearly is) and still unwilling to help at which point I gave her a piece of my mind took pictures of the empty establishment and turned away 3 customers who were going to come in behind me but fortunately I was able to convince them to take their business next door to taco bell where the customer service is leaps and bonds above this KFC. If I could give the servers no stars I would because 1 star is still way to generous for this place. Oh not to mention that most of the tables were greasy and had chicken skins left on them. This location has been suffering for a long time and it's so obvious to tell. At this point the franchise owner would probably be better off closing down this location then continuing to loose money paying incompetent people to loose all their business
