Chicken pot pie!

I ordered a 10 piece meal for the family. It came with four sides. All size I requested I didn’t care if I had to wait which I did for 10 minutes in a parking area upfront and I ordered three macaroni and cheese and one corn. After waiting 15 minutes or more, but let’s back up. The person taking the order this is the problem I have with society today too many young kids, that don’t care he took no pride in his job. He assured me my order would be correct after charging me more so after waiting 15 minutes or more upfront, I received my order, then upon getting home, and the wife opening the bag for the family the order was totally wrong. The chicken was poor, poor tasting as I said, I ordered 10 thighs , and. 3 macaroni and cheese. 1. Sweet corn. So I received three mashed potatoes, which I did not order one macaroni and cheese and two coleslaw. They informed me why it took so long they were waiting on fresh biscuits. The biscuits were totally hard. public do not go to this Kentucky fried chicken. Now I understand why Kentucky fried chickens are going out of business or over the valley. It’s places like this with poor poor service. They deserve zero stars at this Kentucky fried chicken.

My third visit, Saturday afternoon. Came inside instead of drive through. The employees were fine and I didn't have a long wait even though they were busy. What ruined it was the young man in the lobby asking me to buy him food. He was young and had no obvious disabilities. I, like most people, have given out food, money, etc to the homeless countless times. But today I was just annoyed. There are plenty of jobs. Kfc is hiring. I told him I couldn't afford to buy 2 meals. I gave him my $20 order, which was supposed to last me 2 days, and I walked out. Kfc please don't allow hustlers to hang out in the lobby. Now I've read all the reviews about maggots, roaches, and whatnot so I won't be back. Disappointed.

Honestly the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Only one (our cashier) was kind and understanding and gave good service. We ordered a $20 meal that had 6 pieces of chicken, four sides, and four biscuits. We also got three famous bowls and two large drinks (not applicable to this review). The person checking us out was amazing and asked another coworker how to add my meal into the system (he seemed new which I was totally understanding about) and that coworker didn’t know how to do it and told the poor guy to ask another coworker. She said that they weren’t doing ANY family meals for the rest of the night. And I looked at her and went “love, that’s not a family meal” and she went “well we’re not doing anything that’s an 8, 12, or 16 piece” and I just stared at her and chuckled a little saying “it’s a 6 piece” and pointed to the sign.Most of these employees don’t even know their own menu which is INSANE to me. We had several people (customers) come up to us warning about how long our order might take to get to us. Some had been waiting almost an HOUR and they got their order wrong so they had to wait another 30 minutes to get the corrected order. They told another customer that they “didn’t have anymore chicken” a few minutes before we got there which was extremely concerning considering it was 5:30PM and peak hours. We eventually got our order and everything seemed correct (checked it at the counter and in the car) but they forgot to give us our cups for our drinks as well as another customers cups for her drinks who had just ordered as we got our order. When we asked for our cups, the lady at the register (who said they weren’t doing family meals) gave me this really nasty look and attitude.I 100% would not recommend this location!! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Love the remodel. Staff was new according to an employee who got into a confrontation with someone waiting for food. Wait was 20+ minutes and they did warn us (30 minutes for our chicken sandwiches) Other patrons were not as patient and there was a disagreement at the counter. Scared my son and I so we desperately tried to grab our food and run out. I would have dine in because it was nice inside but we opted to eat in the car after that experience.

Walked up to the counter and the girl stared at me me confused for an awkward amount of time, I ask do you guys take orders. She said oh yeah but we don't have chicken,chicken strips,or bowls. She explained her manager j7st walked out bc he was a morning person so they can't make anything. Did your fryer walk out?

Order was suppose to be ready at 610pm. Went to the counter at 615 to ask about order and employee looked confused. She walked away and never came back and followed up. Went up again around 640 to ask for a refund and said they can’t and still working on order. Walked out with no food at 650. I get being short handed but at least communicate. Other orders were being handed out before ours. And almost every drive thru order was coming back in because it was wrong. Poorly ran location. If I could give 0 stars I would

Went through the drive thru one night my total was 15 and some change my card was ran for 18 and some change and then was told I still owed 2 cents. The lady agrued with me about it even after I give her a dollar to cover the 2 cents. She was rude, was mocking me and just kept on going about the fact that i owed 2 cents. I got irrated and end up canceling the order and was told to come back next day for a refund. I called the next day the manager did good job on trying to make it right but when I went to go get the meal I was owed they got it wrong gave me the wrong sides and one of the pieces of chicken wasn't cooked all the way. For how much food cost now a days it's disappointing how the service is and the lack of customer service skills the workers have here. Also not to forget the gas I had to use to go back.

Love this place! The new manager Ethen really turned this place around, the food tastes better and it actually looks like the place is getting cleaned/ Scrubbed like it needed! Shout out to those guys for makin some great food and making up for it when something comes out incorrect.
