I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this KFC absolutely deserves the recognition. From the moment you walk in, it is clear that this location takes pride in everything they do — the restaurant is consistently spotless, the food is always fresh, and the service is genuinely outstanding.
Manny and Jorge are the standout stars of this team. Every single visit, they bring a level of warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness that you simply do not expect from a fast food experience. They treat every customer with respect and make you feel valued, whether it is a busy lunch rush or a quiet afternoon.
This is the gold standard for what fast food customer service should look like. If every location operated the way this one does, KFC would have a five-star reputation across the board. Manny and Jorge — keep doing what you do. You make a real difference!

Second time and the first visit I did not do a review. But it’s the same thing. Did mobile order ready at 715 still not completed for 4 pc meal, one chicken sandwich and small order of wings. What is worse is the service employees will pass you by while waiting at the counter. They make eye contact but no acknowledgment. Finally food 19 min past the promised time. And when they put the bag on the counter only words said there you go! No thanks for waiting have a good day. And I had to ask for the drink cup and just placed on counter and started to to a next order. Who is in charge of this place. Both visits and different people but same lousy service.

I waited for over an hour to get my food here and it all sucks I should have went to return it but it was a takeout. They are short staffed I’m going to Popeyes down the road u only wait for few minutes there

1- do you drug test? If not you should 2- food quality vs price is outrageous $7 for a scoop of mashed potatoes w/ corn n gravy and a handful of burnt popcorn chickens.
