So please beware after 830 you will get old chicken that been setting for who know how long

KFC, the land of original or crispy chicken and buttery biscuit. My relationship with this KFC location is a rollercoaster ride. The food is tasty at times , slightly terrifying other times, but mostly worth the ups and down.
Let’s start with the positives: The food! When KFC hits the mark, it's like a pretty darn good tasty chicken meal. The chicken is nicely cooked to a crispy seasoned blend if that’s what you like, I prefer the original blend. The mashed potatoes are smooth with a little drizzled gravy!
But here’s where the ride gets a bit bumpy. Ordering at this KFC is a bit like playing a game. Sometimes you win, just as you imagined, and sometimes you loose big. You might get home and realize they’ve gifted you with a surprise instead or short you something. Maybe it's the wrong side-order, or whatever….. this time it was missing chicken tenders for me, and undercooked biscuits.Yes, you heard me right, biscuits that are more dough than delight. Come on, KFC, you GOT to get the biscuits right!
Drive through Dinner time is particularly questionable and a mystery-ride. Expect longer wait times and a menu that seems to shrink as the clock ticks. It's as if the KFC kitchen operates on its own mysterious schedule, rationing out popular items like as the day goes by. Oh no they say, we don’t have that, we can give you this instead…
When I was there, it was around 7:30-8:00pm and they close at 10:00pm…. So why are they were substituting original with crispy? Chicken tender with boneless wings? Also… the wait time was 30 plus minutes…. Why, if you’re substituting out items. Did they really run out of chicken?
Now, I must give credit where it’s due. This KFC location tries. Really, they do. I’ve seen the effort, The apologies for the wait at times. And sometimes, they do get things right. Those moments are nice and show customer service.
Despite the occasional order mishap and the infamous biscuit debacle, I keep coming back.

We did a pick up order. The person that gave us our food didn’t give us a drink and I was fairly certain mine came with a drink. I asked and she said “yes, good night” and shut the window. I waited and she reopened it and looked at me with a scowl and said “yes??” I said “the drink” and she said “your order didn’t come with a drink”. I said “you said it did a second ago” to which she said “no I didn’t, I said no”. Not only did my order come with a drink, she didn’t provide sauces that were included in the order, our fries were cold and rock hard, all the other food was cold, a piece of my wife’s chicken looked like some weird deformed piece, and everything looked like it was sitting out a while. We usually go to Raising Cane’s, but wanted to give KFC a try. We never have an experience like this at Raising Cane’s. This is the last time we will try KFC again, just the customer service alone was enough to turn us off.
