The ones in California are great but this location has bad quality control it's like playing roulette if your food will be good/fresh & they always CLOSE EARLY pulled in at 7:15pm today and they are counting the register šŸ˜€ 45 minutes prior to their posted business hours

Called for order to pick up at 3pm, the bread still not ready at 3:20pm and without say anything they just ring me up and said no word, I just stand there and then asked him, where my order? He just point to the kitchen then said, 3 more minutes! I said why don’t you say anything because it’s phone called ordered it’s not like I’m walked in. He said, when the order ready I’ll call. I was like, what the point to called order and have to waited for other 30 mins with the attitude.

Look at this sad sandwich. I have been coming here for years and have gotten a variety of sandwiches. I love this place, but My recent experience is terrible. I was expecting my favorite turkey club, and never have I ever, only gotten two or three pieces of turkey on my sandwich, and had to wait FOREVER for it in the drive through.

Dang it Lee’s, you used to be so much better. I used to go to the Chandler location all the time, tried this Glendale location for the first time and it’s a mess. Tons of staff behind the counter but all distracted and more concerned about talking amongst themselves than customers. Seems like they’re lacking decent management. Can’t believe how many people I saw working there for a place that’s small and nearly empty of customers.

Ordered a sandwich after studying the menu for a few mins only to be told, ā€œwe have no breadā€. Excuse me?? What?? Oh, you’re out of baguette… ok, let me go back to the menu and see what I want. Got a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. Eggs were over cooked, bacon thin a paper, and whole thing was greasy. Not very good.

When I went to pick up my sandwich the kid behind the counter didn’t bother to look at my order and realize I had a smoothie also. Okay, I’ll wait at your counter for you to complete my order.

Serious lack of management overseeing the youngsters behind the counter. This place won’t survive much longer being run like this.

Used to be a.great, fast alternative to a traditional sandwich place. Today, I placed an online order 45 minutes before I showed up. I was told it was another 20 minutes because they still had to do the croissants? Never ever heard that line of BS from them. Guess I will have to find a new sandwich shop.

Asked to reserve 4 Baguettes for the following morning and was told by the worker just come in order. I told him I needed them ready right at opening time. He still implied to come in, they’ll be there. While he kept stating the obvious, I told him again so at 7:30am I will be there and the 4 baguettes will be ready right? Like no waiting 10-15 mins? And he said they cook 25 baguettes so they should have some. At this point I asked for a supervisor which he replied he is one which is doubtful because no manager lacks that much in logical thinking or social skills. He was so unprofessional that my 6 year old niece could do better. He later proceeds well do you want to reserve 4 baguettes. Oh gee, he finally understood the whole premise of the phone call. He then says you need to pay to reserve the 4 baguettes which would’ve been fine had that took place at the beginning of our conversation. And guess what folks, baguettes were not ready at 7:30am. I waited 15 minutes for them which made me late for my meeting. Huh would’ve been nice if he didn’t lie. Then I would not have bothered at all.

What happened lees sandwiches a you used to be so good now you have tweens running around arguing with customers you can barely order because the radio is blaring and it’s been 45 min for eggrolls because the argumentative tween didn’t put my order in prior to clocking out this used to be our favorite spot we drive 30 minutes just for some of your food but not anymore and I’ve never ever had an issue with clumpy Thai tea. This is ridiculous.

Heard about this place from a co worker that gave great reviews. Husband ordered #51 BLT on a baguette. I ordered breakfast baguette #80. Tbh, I wasn't expecting as much ham as I got. The cheese kinda made the eggs slide away but the baguette on both sandwiches were great. BLT was also very tasty and great to have onions, pickles, on the side. Also got a couple hot Lee's lattes that were tasty also. Would absolutely recommend and plan on coming back to try more.
