Never had tacos like that. And I've lived here 35 years. My grandson introduced me to bria tacos. Wow, this truck makes them perfect. The meat was cooked so tender, and the broth was good enough to drink with a cup. Highly recommended.

The food here is incredible!! You have to get the birria ramen with cheese. So flavorful, filling, but light and not greasy. The bean and cheese burrito and drinks are incredible too! Can’t wait to go back!

Let's Taco Bout Us is a food truck owned by a friendly and accommodating woman who serves up some of the most delicious and authentic Mexican food I've ever had. I recently tried her birria ramen soup, which was absolutely amazing. The broth was rich and flavorful, the birria meat was tender and juicy, and the cheese, limes, and cabbage added a perfect balance of flavors and textures.My friend also ordered the vampiro and a birria taco, and he was equally impressed....
