Visiting Phoenix and this was absolutely an amazing find. Can't rate the atmosphere as I doordashed, but the flavor was amazing. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful and packed thoughtfully. A+

The turkey was a patty, my sweet potato fries were uncooked. I thought the portions were very small considering the cost.

First time in, so I was excited to try something fresh and delicious. Service was amazing and friendly. For the size with all the amazing ingredients, the price was reasonable. However, the roasted or grilled broccoli in my bowl was a mouthfull of saltiness. Unfortunately, the extra saltiness of the broccoli kind of ruined the rest of the flavors in the bowl for me.

This location is extremely clean & well maintained, the staff is always very welcoming & helpful when in comes to recommendations. I’ve been to this location regularly & receive excellent service each & every time.

Kid-friendliness: They offer many options for children & also have high chairs for dining in.

We love Mad Greens! We just wish there was one a bit closer to us. The amount of spice on the Southwest style chicken for the salads is a bit much for some people. One of the people in my party did not even put their spicy dressing on because the chicken was so spicy. Otherwise everything was great!

I've become a regular at this location because both the food and service are top notch!

Their wraps are great! And you can turn any salad, or bowl into a wrap.

If I was Richie Rich, instead of a McDonalds in my house, I would have this establishment in my food court. Great food, great service, only gripe is they seem to be getting rid of that blueberry soda I enjoy so much. But if you need a recommendation. Don Quihote salad with either chicken or shrimp, medium dressing, extra mango, mad avocado, extra sprinkle mad seasoning, everything else as it comes. Shake that container and eat. You are welcome.

Well, I used to love this place. It was my go-to for wraps and salads. Now, I'm planning on not returning.

I ordered an Annie Oakley wrap for my wife and I. Normally, there’s no issue, as I said. This time, however, we received it, and it was a third of the size that it used to be.

When I called about it, the shift lead said they were over-portioning before. I explained that the size was a drastic difference and that there was next to no dressing on it. I asked if there was anything they could do, and they said there was nothing; that's just how it is.

Well, this feels like a bait-and-switch. Wraps are about $12 each before tax. If the current portioning is the accurate amount, then the tortilla is disproportionately larger than the filling.

It was like 75% tortilla and dry—way too much in ratio to the filling. If the new portion size is supposed to be correct, then their chefs who came up with the menu made a poor decision and should have smaller tortillas for the amount of filling.

Also, when there is such a significant change like this, it's only right to consider refunding the meal cost. Or even putting an upfront to inform customers of changing portion sizes. This is not what we ever experienced during the two years we have been going here. It’s a totally different experience and disproportionately high price for what you get.
