MAD Greens - Arrowhead

I placed an online order for pick-up right before closing, but when I arrived, my order was nowhere to be found--likely due to a computer error. I was extremely upset, especially since it was almost closing time.

The employee working, Joel, was working by himself this evening but went above and beyond to make things right. Instead of simply refunding me, which would have been the easier option, he personally prepared my bowl fresh on the spot. He stayed open past regular business hours just to make sure I left with my food and was completely satisfied.

Joel double-checked everything to ensure my order was perfect and made me feel like he genuinely cared about fixing the situation. This kind of dedication to customer service is rare and deserves recognition.

I highly recommend this MAD Greens location and want to give special thanks to Joel for his professionalism, kindness, and commitment to making sure customers leave happy.

U disappoint me, how comes can u do ds 2 me after ordering every week. I customized my southwest wrap why u didn't make it the way I requested

Love this place!! I wish there were more of them. Such a great place to go to when you need a quick HEALTHY meal.

Only rec would be to have gluten free and dairy free options!

Visiting Phoenix and this was absolutely an amazing find. Can't rate the atmosphere as I doordashed, but the flavor was amazing. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful and packed thoughtfully. A+

The Berry Boost Salad is back! Just as yummy as we remembered. We get ours with tofu and we make it a large salad. One thing with Mad Greens is they are all consistent with each other. Quality, Service, Cleanliness. You can always count on Mad Greens and if something is wrong they will make it right. Thanks Mad Greens!!
