I placed an online order for pick-up right before closing, but when I arrived, my order was nowhere to be found--likely due to a computer error. I was extremely upset, especially since it was almost closing time.

The employee working, Joel, was working by himself this evening but went above and beyond to make things right. Instead of simply refunding me, which would have been the easier option, he personally prepared my bowl fresh on the spot. He stayed open...
