Just left here. I usually love this place but this particular time it was not a good time. We were greeted by our server and she took our order, when she brought back the stuff we still had stuff waiting so we said ok no worries and I asked her for chili paste and she said she didn't have any. she seemed annoyed with us and i do understand it being busy so i wasnt expecting it right then. I know it was extremely busy but I believe her family was seated across from us, she kept going back and forth to them making sure they had everything, but kept skipping us. She had not gone to us and we had said excuse me but she had walked away at that point and when she came back around the corner she had gone straight to that table, and i believe someone in her party had told her we were asking for her because she turned around right after he mentioned it. We had to flag her down and ask her every time for something else and it felt like we were the ones bothering her from her attitude. we had asked twice for a salad and she said they were out and cutting more but then a few minutes later she had brought out a salad for her possible family. By this time i was full so i didn't care to ask again. it was just extremely irritating because we had to flag her down and usually the service here is impeccable from other servers we had. i had explained to the host and she offered to grab a manager and i said no because i dont wanna cause a big issue but i felt irritated so i wanted to leave a review. As a server before, if my family had come into my place of work i would show them how good of a server i am and make sure my other guests were well taken care of instead of taking a bite to eat while working like she did and neglecting other tables. i do love coming here and come here maybe every few months so i will be back but in the future i hope i do get better service. food was great.

At first, i didn't want to try a manna grill. The thought of me cooking my own meal and paying $40 a person. I wasn't so thrilled. But after tasting the bulgogi and the experience of cooking it yourself was a good one. Have been back to this location five or more times.

they literally charged us like 25 bucks for 5 people or more like are you making us rent the booth or what and it’s not aball you can eat buffet. Like they don't tell us that we have to pay extra if we have 5 or more. And are waitress was so rude like how do you think you talk to.

I love Kbbq grant you this place wasn't our first choice. But happy we made the decision to come and try it out. First of all be prepared to have to wait for about an hour or more to get a table but it's common for these places. The food was fresh and delicious the service was on point and professional. No rush but like all Kbbq the time limit is two hours it's just out of courtesy for the next guest.. for drinks I enjoyed the Sapporo large beer they have a special for $9 it's a small saki and it comes with your choice of their beer brand for those that enjoy a beer every now and then. The only item on the menu that I did notice a little rough and dry were the dumplings but other than that everything else the food the atmosphere and the service all in all was great. I will be coming back.

They put their menu prices in some Asian language that I can’t read. So I’m not going there.

The place was good. But as many have said. The selection of flavor/food is very limited. Was very neat for the experience.

The Mannas in San Diego are way better. I've never been to a KBBQ spot that didn't have rice papers. The menu is also missing like half of what I'm used to. Wish the brand kept things uniform. ?

Came here cause it was closer to our planned destination vs the one is Glendale but was disappointed. Waiter seemed annoyed and never brought out sides nor asked if we needed anything else. Portions we received were smaller than other tables around us. For example, we were given steamed rice in a very small bowl compared to the tables around us who had rice in a bowl twice as big. Took another waitress to attend us when ours never came back. Food was good. Price is good. But won’t be coming back. We’ll stick to the Glendale location.

Food was simple but good. The hostest were very nice. I gave 2 stars because our waitresses were not great. The lady who took our order messed up, didn't bring us the correct food, forgot drinks, and argued with us about what we ordered. Then the other waitress seemed annoyed anytime we needed anything. Not sure if the mandatory gratuity on our bill means that customer service is optional. It felt like it. We will be returning to our local privately owned Korean BBQ restaurant. Better service and quality.
