this was honestly the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. it took me an hour to get my food after i had to tell them twice id been waiting so long, and when i got home it was wrong… just save yourself time and go somewhere else

Sitting here listening to the entire crew talk to each other. There is no other customers here and no one in drove thru. “Did anyone make that Big Mac for Ryan?” I’m just sitting here waiting.

Long waits at this location when order placed on app well in advance, and frequent missing items and incorrect drinks…2/16/26 update - gave this location another shot, and they screwed up again. This time they gave the incorrect sodas and left both patties off a double burger. How does that even happen?! Incompetence and shitty management at its finest. They’re also frequently out of items. Go anywhere else.

New update: went today for the exact same order as last time. Was preparing to wait 15-20 min again. Had my food in 3 min! Is this McDonald’s turning around?! Bumped up my 1 star to a 3 star just in case it was a fluke. Time will tell…
Food is McDonald's nothing special. No signs to see what you can order unless you use the kiosks. The service has a lot to be desired. Not sure if the employees can talk. Been here four times and I haven't heard them talk to one customer. They do an excellent job cleaning the store. Only go here because it's one of the only fast food restaurants in the area. I'll be trying other fast foods and a different McDonald's.

I cannot give even 1 star for service. At one point there were 14 people inside waiting for someone to help and I had already been there for 20 min and not one person acknowledged anyone. I do have to say the maintenance man finally came up to the front and was very helpful. THE MAINTENANCE MAN! I give him a shout out. It took 30 minutes to get an inside order to go. Crazy.

This McDonald’s is pathetic. This is the McDonald’s at the Lone Mountain location. They are so cheap they give you one packet of ketchup when you ask can I get a few packs of ketchup they hand you one. This is the worst McDonald’s ever you charge me five dollars for a hash brown and give me one packet of ketchup thank you we’ll never go again.
