One of the worst McDonald’s in town, expect slow service expect rude service expect incompetence why do I have to repeatedly say hello at the drive-through even though it’s empty to even get a response? Why does it take 25 minutes to get a meal out here?

Sat in drive-thru for 4 minutes waiting on. Speaker box to come on. Finally another car pulls up in the other lane and I hear a box come on. I begin my order just to be told "I'm taking the other lanes order I'll be with you in a second". No you won't, get your life together backed out of drive-thru and left. It literally fast food how can you screw such a simple job up. And maybe don't drink on the job so you can speak faster than 3 words a minute and not slur your words

I’m back to add: Employees at this location are not taught to be literate to McD own system. Any time I order something in twos, (pies, two extra patties) I run the risk of paying for two but only getting one. Kind of bullshit, and I wish they were taught to read labels carefully bc it’s roughly 50/50 atp.
I appreciate you, McDonald’s workers! I placed a curbside pickup order, and when I relocated to a nearby parking spot to scarf my food down: I noticed my Big Mac was missing the extra patty I ordered. I went in, got in line, and the employee who gave me my order quickly noticed me standing there with my lil box: asking me if everything was okay. She took a look, quickly complied with my request and got me my extra patty! I’m so grateful, I’ve been scammed by both Dairy Queen and Noodles & Co recently, and am STILL waiting for recompense. Ofc I understand that things happen, but I especially appreciate when it’s not some crazy hassle to work things back out. Thank you, McDonalds employees!
Additionally, when I walked in it was clean and organized, with several families sitting and a short line of just 2 people. I’m so grateful and impressed with the care and quickness to ensure I got what I paid for. Thank you thank you!

They take your order at drive thru but make you park on the side so there timer doesn’t go up! The only thing I recommend from here is to go somewhere else literally anywhere else the homeless shelter has better food than here

The cashier was rude very disappointed in the service I received
lol they’re so rude here! Like I was asking to use the restroom and they just ignored me! And on top of that the people here are literally so rude and idk why, it’s like McDonald’s…. How hard is it to work here! And the people are to good looking to be so mean! I hope they can fix it because that’s crazy

Every time I go, it's the severice is unprecedented. The food is sometimes cold. The atmosphere is crazy. Drive through the best part about I get what I want when I need it they help the incoming customer first before they help the online customer
