The food runners were out to cars 4 times with wrong orders. It was like a full moon bad luck night, but in a crescent moon setting. im over it. The wait, cold food. .. just done

I came here to get dinner before my shift. I ordered my food and used the app for a free caramel frappe. There was a line that dissipated pretty quickly and thought all was going well. I pay at the first window and then received my food but didn’t get the frappe and was told by the manager she had to change the base and if I could pull forward. I waited about ten minutes and it still did not arrive. So I inside I went to ask for it and after a couple of minutes a crew member noticed me and I explained the manager was to bring it out. She promptly grabbed my frappe and gave it to me all the while I am watching the manager who was expediting food not acknowledge me or even apologizing for wasting about 15 minutes. I had to use PTO because I was late. I will never go back to this location and I am not pulling forward anymore either without all the items I purchased. Your wait times need to reflect the actual time waited so corporate/franchise owners can realize they need to hire people and quit being greedy!

The place has been getting better as far as the drive-through line and quality of food. The french fries could use some more salt usually very bland. But my biggest complaint is I just stopped in now at 4:15 AM for breakfast and supposedly this location isn’t accepting orders currently I had to cancel my mobile order. This location shouldn’t be listed as 24 hours and you shouldn’t be able to place a order through the mobile app if they aren’t accepting orders

Waited 45 minutes for a burger. Made wrong twice. Watched all the workers joke around, run in the back away from each other past the fryers. Manager has no control and was more worried how she would look on camera than actual safety or having things made right. So many safety violations and disrespectful manager. I will not be returning to this place and OSHA should drop in.

Its not often that I rate a McDonald's...but when I find one that actually fills the fry box up...I need to give it props! It was nice inside and the kids playground was isolated so it wasn't loud.
I just want to give a shoutout to Adriene at McDonald’s! She was in the lobby cleaning and helping customers, and her attitude really stood out. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything stayed clean and welcoming. It’s not every day you see someone take so much pride in their work. She made the environment feel comfortable and positive. Great customer service and such a kind spirit , McDonald’s is lucky to have her!

This McDonald's is the worst around. Long lines , makes you wait even longer for food and they still cant get youre order right. I went through drive thru got 2 kids happy meals and a large drink was told to pull around and it would be 3 mins. Well almost 30 mins later I had to go in to find my order . The manager was even telling the crew this is ridiculous were waiting so long. After waiting 30 mins and still was handed the wrong order and the food was cold. the manager gave me a free meal card lmao like I'm gonna return to this location. McDonald's needs to revamp this location or shut it down. Horrible food, customer service!

Whoever was taking my order at 2:40 am on Thursday February 26th should consider a new position. He was rude, was trying to rush me, and rolled his eyes at me. He also didn’t have a smile or even a hello and didn’t give me a receipt, just shooed me away. Not hard to take someone’s order with a smile. However, the lady serving our food was very nice, give her a raise. Maybe consider having her take the orders or just doing everything to be honest. Because she was a lot better than the guy in the window. The only reason I’m not giving it one star is because of her. Take a $1 or $2 per hour from what that guy is getting paid and give it to her. Then maybe he’ll start McLovin his job more.

Don’t do curbside pick up unless you want to wait literally!! 20 minutes this is my second time doing curbside here and first time I waited 20 minutes this time I waited 15. Just put it for drive thru because the drive thru line was completed twice before I got my food
