I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel and a sausage egg and cheese bagel meal and both bagels were wrong. Both bagels were bacon egg and cheese. They really need to start paying attention to what they're doing. The guy in front of me got really mad at whatever order he got. Not going to this one anymore.

I am so frustrated at my experience picking up from there tonight! I'm a proud father who has come here for Peoria Elementary School fundraiser events and had great memories here. Completely unnecessary experience. Small DoorDash order and between drive time and time waiting in lobby was over 20 minutes and NEVER got the order. The same young woman who I spoke to when I came in even forgot me and condescendingly asked if I needed to place an order like I was loitering and inconveniencing them. Disgraceful excuse for common courtesy and customer service. The last straw was hearing a man say a few more minutes for the pies after I'd been there so long already. We make very little on some of these orders. I left out of principle and respect for myself. At least the two discourteous young women I spoke to at 10:45 p.m. on Feb. 13th had time to put make up, fake eyelashes, toothpaste their bangs to their forehead, and get all "cute" for work just to be rude to folks trying to support their families and pay bills 😕

Never tatse fresh and something wrong with their Dr.pepper it tasted like water downed diet coke. Nasty, without a fail they mess up something everytime. I will NOT be returning to this location.

Literally STUCK in the drive thru for over an hour for just chicken nuggets. That's it. It was a mobile order too so they knew wtf was coming. ONLY for them to have us park for the food to come out? And then they forgot about us after they parked us. Quite possibly the worst McDonald's in the entire U.S. if not literally the worst in the entire franchise. Actual trash. My advice? Don't. Not this one.

this is the absolute WORST mcdonalds I have ever been to. my husband and I were STUCK in the drive thru for over an hour, and still had to wait 15+ minutes for our food after being "parked." they FORGOT about us !!! we had a mobile order and had to repeat what we ordered multiple times, and they STILL got it wrong. all we ordered was nuggets and drinks. nothing hard. absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time for mediocre, cold food. NEVER come to this mcdonalds.
