I think it would be illegal to give McDonald's a five-star unless they just did something absolutely amazing and they ended up getting different food to cook. But you know what you're getting and usually tastes the same every time

I do not like how impersonal it is. The kiosks take longer than ordering from an actual person. When I needed a cup of water, I was ignored. When I got my order, they didn't give us hashbrowns. I went to go ask for them and had to wait for someone to acknowledge me in the back. I saw someone walk toward the front and look straight at me when I asked for assistance. He turned away from me. Another employee finally acknowledged me and gave me the hashbrowns. I asked for another cup of water near the end of our meal, and again was ignored. The employee heard me, then went to the bags and started prepping for drive through orders. It would be so much easier if the drink despenser were available so we could refill our drinks.
If an employee would have not walked out of the bathrooms when we were needing to go in, I would have been waiting at the counter for someone to give attention to us, which could have caused an accident for my daughter.
The employees here treat you like an inconvenience.

Definitely was not organized at the drive thru. Waited at the menu screen, they do have the double-sided drive thru. while the screens were blank, it stated we could still order there. My family and I waited after hearing the McDonalds staff take the order from the screen next to us at the drive thru, after the 3rd vehicle we had to leave because we were going to run late to my daughters competition. Was stupid, would rather find another McDonalds to go to, even though I only live down the road.

This is one of the disorganized McDonald’s locations. Both screens to order do not work, I been here 4x, and they make me wait extra long before I say my order. Whether it’s very busy or I am the only car in the drive-thru it takes very long to get 1 burger. I only get 1 quarter pounder that’s all, imagine a family size order, yikes.

After the new remodel, its a very disappointing play place, there is so much extra room they could have added more stuff for the kids to play on and its directed toward older kids, 1 slide ...... never will I bring my daughter here again, the large stairs scared her.

Been traveling to a different McDonald's while this McDonald's was closed for remodeling. Well, they remodeled the store but not their service. Ordered through the drive-through and was asked to pull into a parking spot and wait for my food. I did with 2 other cars before me and 2 more cars after me. Guess I will be going back to the other McDonald's I was going to for the last few months!

This location has gotten worse since their remodel. Placed a very simple mobile order and it took them 15 minutes and they forgot my drink which ended up taking another almost 5. Absolutely ridiculous.
Good service at night if you want food be patient or apply and help because it would help dashers and Uber eats and other delivery food platforms as well. They're nice inside and safe with 24 surveillance for safety of 24hr restaurant.

Horrible service took forever for my order forgot my straw had to wait another 5 min to get it. Watched other people wait 30+ min to get their food while the employees were being disrespectful. I then needed to use the restroom and noticed it needed a key so patiently waited and was looking at one of the employees hoping to get their attention. She proceeded to say to her other co worker like I couldn’t hear her “i hate when they just look at me” with a giggle. Which was the last straw so i left. I’ve been to this mcdonalds drive thru before and it always takes forever this was my first time inside and it was horrible.
