We were just there in the drive thru and we ordered the 2 for $5 sausage egg mcmuffin and then we gave them the code for $2 off a breakfast sandwich. When we got to the first window, the employee stated our order back but it was wrong. We had to tell her several times that we wanted the 2 for $5 sausage mcmuffins and 1 egg mcmuffin with the $2 off code. She over charged us by $3. She charged us for 1 full price egg mcmuffin and charged us for 2 individual sausage mcmuffins minus the $2 off of 1 of them. It really shouldn't have been that hard to understand since we had to repeat it to her several times. This McDonald's seems to mess up orders alot.

Seems like the quality of service and food has improved so much in the past 3 months. Finally the fries taste fresh and the oil quality is so much better! The bathroom is immaculate and the dining room is and playground is clean for my kids! Keep up the good work! ❤️❤️❤️

The only reason I am giving a 5 star review is because of one employee that was extremely helpful and nice to me. I was having a bad day and she completely turned my day around! McDonald’s needs more employees like her! Her name is Gina and I will only come back because of her!

I ordered online and I get their at 9:45 ish. I get told the kitchen is closed… y’all this place closes at 11 why is the kitchen closed. Anyways I don’t get a refund nor my food sooo that’s cool.Also after I left I saw a line of 6 people. Did they just refuse service to all those people. Make it make sense fr.
placed a mobile order at 9:30, went through and they had the lanes blocked off. they said they closed the kitchen already even though they close at 11. i already had paid for my food and they said they would not refund me. unacceptable for the kitchen to be closed over an hour before they close. i want my money and time back.

Worse McDonald's ever. First the employees are always rude and always seem to be in a bad mood. They take forever to make orders. Average wait time in the drive thru is 30min, and when you finally get your food, you can guarantee that your order is wrong or missing an items. God forbid they ask you to pull over to drive thru spaces for your order, then you're waiting for 45min, and when they come out, they have no organization to which food belongs to which car. I know there is no use to complain, I mean it's McDonald's... they don't care, but for the fact that McDonald's is almost becoming unaffordable, you'd think they'd step there game up.
