Went through the drive thru. Food was great but the service was terrible. The person over the speaker was extremely rude from the beginning. I work in food service, I know you have bad days sometimes. This women was just flat out disrespectful. I wish I could’ve grabbed her name.

Slow service, order taker could careless about being there she might as well work somewhere else or just not have a job at all if she isn’t gonna have any customer service I had to get parked for fries which didn’t make sense if I already waited to get my order taken for like almost 10 minutes and then didn’t leave there till like 10 minutes later and I was the only one in the drive-through

50/50 mobile app and managers at this establishment. Let them know that mistakes were made and didn’t care to help . Updated: You wanna help as an owner. Get a manager shirt on and go handle your business I’m not clicking a link to explain. I was patient and courteous when speaking to staff. I explained the situation and mind you from when I ordered till I picked it up in lobby my food took 45 min to come out.

I came to drive thru at 12pm the lady in back cash was rude also the place is pretty much empty and it took about 20 minutes just for me to go back in the drive thru and ask for my food.

Everytime I come for breakfast they absolutely just will do everything and anything to not serve it. I placed my online order and when I came to pick it up they said its lunch time and i have to wait a few days for the refund. What a joke I paid for it and they didnt make it. Quote on quote. No apologies just rude customer service.
Asked for hamburger with extra onion and pickle, the little label on the wrapper even says that. No onions and 1 pickle... I also asked for an orange Fanta, it was basically see through, the syrup was out. I walked in and got it myself.

I went here to get some breakfast I pulled up to order the lady at the window told me it will be 10 minutes before I can order breakfast I said ok that's fine I'll wait next think was said she tells me I couldn't wait in the drive thru I had to pull out of the drive thru and wait in the parking and did i want the manager to tell me I said so a man name Jacob came and he had a change of tune he said I can sit and wait to order and that the lobby was also open if I wanted to wait inside it just doesn't make any sense the way some people are towards others
