I went here to get some breakfast I pulled up to order the lady at the window told me it will be 10 minutes before I can order breakfast I said ok that's fine I'll wait next think was said she tells me I couldn't wait in the drive thru I had to pull out of the drive thru and wait in the parking and did i want the manager to tell me I said so a man name Jacob came and he had a change of tune he said I can sit and wait to order and that the lobby was also open if I wanted to wait inside it just doesn't make any sense the way some people are towards others

Every time we use the drive through, our order is not ready when we finally make it to the window; no matter how long the line is or what we order. We always have to pull into the parking slot on the side of the building, along with many others. Save yourself the frustration of “fast food” and find an alternative location. We order from the app 5 minutes before getting to the drive through and then still have to wait. I don’t understand why it always takes so long. Before writing this review I gave this location multiple chances to get it right. Having said this, I will say that we do get multiple napkins in the bag and the last time our order was accurate; just not fast. 1/4 accurate orders and 4/4 slow service.

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and they made one wrong. After receiving the new breakfast sandwich it was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. I asked them to make it right, and they said it was supposed to be that way cold! Manager gave me attitude saying that’s 2 sandwiches wasted already. Could’ve been none wasted if they made it right.

They are NOT 24hrs seems like they close at 4am to 430am to as they say prep for breakfast yet they don't close to prep for lunch. Who knows what the excuse is but going to let google know they are not 24hrs

Konner was the best worker I've seen at McDonald's in years he offered to help me get to my car while my hands were full
Full of unhappy people waiting for their food. You barely interact with any human beings. I had to keep going back to get the food we ordered.I never did get everything we paid for.

Horrible experience all around. I waited over an hour for my order, only to get cold chicken nuggets, soggy French fries, and a cold Big Mac. I specifically asked for no salt on the fries, but they came salted anyway. To make it worse, they didn’t remove the lettuce from the Big Mac as I requested, and they completely forgot one of the cheeseburgers I ordered! The lack of attention to detail and the poor quality of the food is unacceptable. This was a complete waste of time and money. Never coming back
