It’s ridiculous they can’t serve anyone thru a drive thru without making you park and wait. Food isn’t worth it.

I came in to do an uber order. An order which was mistakenly grabbed by another driver. The staff made the order again and was very professional. I just came by to say there was a line, some customers were borderline rude. There was a line for the drive thru, a line of customers and who knows how many online orders there were. At lunchtime. The crew was working very hard and I appreciate their efforts. Will come back again

Hailey today answered all my questions about toys and went above And BEYOND to help me! Other mcdonalds have not been so kind and this is why this is my go-to place! The staff here are always helpful i have had a few issues in the last 4 years and i will take that because sometimes things happen but i have had such a handful of great experiences that i continue to come back so thankyou hailey for being such a sweet heart and helping me!! I want to do a corporate review as well if they have thise because she was the nicest person and so helpful!!

There was no cars in front of me and the employees were just sitting in the parking lot while the drive thru piled up. It’s fast food for a reason and I didn’t order a lot. It’s just crazy that people can do that, but they probably don’t care about their job.

The management needs to take as much care with the dine in customers as they do with the drive through customers. Short with time in the drive. Dine in customers have to go where are their order order. Dine-in elderly customers are unable to use the senior discount at the kiosk and do not get the assistance they need with the staff.
We normally have to oder through the drive in and then come in to eat what we ordered.
What an inconvenience. Why isn't there a staff member that only manages the dine in area?

I spent 30 minutes in the line for the drive through here and was given the wrong order. I asked to speak with the manager but they never came out. I ended up having to leave without speaking with them because I was late to work. Clearly the remodeling of the store has done nothing for the service. I am very upset

Ordered through the app, missing a happy meal and when I told the worker they went in and never came back out. After 15 minutes of waiting I went to the drive thru. Got home found out my burger was not what I ordered.
