I spent 30 minutes in the line for the drive through here and was given the wrong order. I asked to speak with the manager but they never came out. I ended up having to leave without speaking with them because I was late to work. Clearly the remodeling of the store has done nothing for the service. I am very upset

Ordered through the app, missing a happy meal and when I told the worker they went in and never came back out. After 15 minutes of waiting I went to the drive thru. Got home found out my burger was not what I ordered.

Well, this McDonald's has only kiosks to order from, only a pick-up counter and a drive-thru. This is all good, but I just want to let those who don't want to order off a touch screen know that this is that place, unless you use the drive-thru or ask for assistance.

I’m really disappointed with how far down this location has come over the last 2 years. The food is still subpar at best, the customer service is just as poor as the food at times, and overall it’s not as good as it used to be. It sucks because this location is close to my home.

The rear of the restaurant is occupied by young children who are engaged in playful banter and disregard the presence of customers. The wait time for taking an order is excessively long, approximately 10 minutes. Subsequently, the preparation of the food takes an additional 30 minutes, resulting in a total wait time of nearly 40 minutes.

Remodeled. Feel like you are in a factory. 6 ordering kiosk. No wall menus. Tiny counter. Human employees all in the back. After ordering on kiosk 2 big Macs & fries took 12 mins to receive order placed on shelving by tiny counter. Last trip. Will try more to support Mom & Pop restaurants in neighbohood.
