Either this location is pulling some grand long-term prank on me, or my existence is part of some cosmic joke because there is no other reason for how many times I’ve had a negative experience here. 100% of the time you use the drive thru or mobile order, you will be waiting curbside for at least 10 minutes. Then you absolutely have to check inside the bag because even if it has the correct receipt on it, there’s a good chance they gave you the wrong order. And finally, you need to fondle every food item to make sure that all of it is fresh and still warm. After that, you can pull away for your mediocre dining experience because even by McDonald’s standards, this is pathetic. Wondering if time of day affects service? It doesn’t. You can come when it’s busy or dead and be sure that you’ll be waiting long enough to no longer earn the “fast food” moniker.

This is the very worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes ago and have been waiting on it and when I called them about 5 minutes ago they informed me that it's on their list of orders to make but there were just more orders ahead of mine meanwhile I have seen 10 people go through the drive-thru and get their food. These people that work here make this not fast or convenient so if you have other things to do, this isn't the fast food you should choose.

I get the new self serve is suppose to be new tech...but when I stand at the counter to pay in cash for 20 mins with no help. Seems like a waste of time. McDonald's is suppose to be fast and hassle free...this was not that.

A lot of negative reviews are the result of pure impatience on people now. These girls were trying. Not everyday will be perfect. My order was fine. Did I wait. Yes but they were swamped. The girls handled the complaints with professionalism and made it right. Keep it up! Everyone needs to learn to calm down.

I just want to thank the manager that was working tonight. I expressed my disappointment with the lack of customer service from a couple of her employees and we asked for a refund ... She didn't argue with us and said she would get to the bottom of it and address the issue with her employees... She even gave us the food for free ( we ended up giving it to a homeless person nearby) .. I felt like she listened to us and was determined to correct the problem .. thank you again ...
Came here during the renovations months back because it was one of those weird seldom occasions where I desired to eat McDonalds. It was closed. I drove to the other McDonalds on Glendale Ave and by the time I got there I decided I was done ever making any kind of delibearte effort to eat McDonalds again.
This location is near where I visit my Nanna in Sun City and we used to share an occasional Sunday cone from this location. Now when I pass I always laugh at poor sacks of lard in the drivethru getting ripped off and unnecessary cholesterol and heart disease. Enjoy!

There is always a issue with something here. Either there closed when there supposed to be open, don't have multiple menu items available, horribly long drive thru times or never get your order correct!

there was a long line, waited 20 minutes and someone came out of their car, letting everyone know that the location is closed and waited 30 mins to order. everyone started to leave. unprofessional and left dissapointed, will not be returning.
