I think they should warn you about not having something before asking for your app code because some of those codes can usually only be used once a day and if you didn't get it there now you can't get it anywhere else that day. Yes they have me fries instead of the pumpkin spice latte but I wanted the pumpkin spice latte way more than settling for some fries.

Very rude manager, as what I was told his name is Phoenix. Don’t have to tell the story but this guy have an attitude and telling customers that is not a good manager. He should learn how to handle that as a manager. Keep it to yourself and handle that stress as we all do when we go to work.

I’ve had many problems at this location. But it’s in a convenient area so I often suffer. Whatever you do don’t order on the online app and choose to have it brought to you because you will wait for eternity. The last time they gave me the excuse that I ordered during the online order shift change and that’s why I was waiting over 20 minutes. They didn’t even know I was out there I had to go through the drive thru to get my cold food.
I went online and ordered through DoorDash and it was so fast and everything was hot when I got it. No problems with the order. Thanks!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Az. I’ve experienced order issues before but nothing like this. All my food was extremely cold and dried and the fries tasted horrible. The worst part about it which I don’t understand if this was supposed to be a joke to be funny or what’s going on?? Should I be worried?They sent me an egg!!! A Raw EGG ???! Cross contamination at its finest. I’m really disappointed and I don’t think they should be playing like that with the orders.

Went thru drive thru, order a Big Mac meal, a hot and spicey, 4pc McNugget and a Oreo McFlurry. ( didn’t really want a McFlurry, I actually wanted a mocha frappe and was told they don’t have mocha, again) was told to pull up and wait. (This system is horrible, every car in front of and behind me was also told to pull around and wait.) then I watched 4 different people trying to find the cars with the orders they were bringing out. What a mess. There is nothing about McDonald’s that is fast anymore…

Unfortunately this is the closest McDonald to my home. And once a week it’s a treat for my kids. I have never gotten a complete order or half the items on the menu aren’t available. Tonight they missed a whole 10.00 meal. And they didn’t have the Oreo shake either. I spend 35$ and got home with half of what I ordered. I don’t know if this is a corporate or private owned McDonald’s. But every experience is disappointing

DO NOT GO HERE
2 PM on a sunday with NO ONE in the DT in front of us, ordered 2 meals and 2 chz burgers, immediately told to go wait. Waited 5 min, got cold, stale fries (literally right after they handed us the bag) and no ketchup. If you are going to make people wait, at least give them FRESH food and offer condiments.

After my negative experience at a different McDonald’s location, I was pleasantly surprised on how much better this McDonald’s was. This location is clean, well maintained, and the staff are courteous and professional. They did not make any mistakes on my order, they followed instructions on delivering my order to my table, and the food was delicious. I will go to this McDonald’s location from now on.
