Just came in to get my online order. I won't be coming here again The fourth time I've come in in the past 5 months the same guy who is at the front counter. I simply asked do you know how long and he says everytime I don't know there's lots of orders and I'm busy. Which meant sweeping the floor. I was the only one needing help. I was just ignoring and had to wait 15 more minutes on an order I have placed 40 minutes before. So I received service from nobody. Home of the 57 minute fast food lunch

The manager was very rude. What was worst is the store manager excusing his rudeness by saying he must have had a bad day. The dining area being dirty didn't make things any better.
Gotta love plastic food! The employees here are racist and rude also. They treated me like crazy in my opinion. I think they all need to get different jobs cut they don't seem to enjoy the ones they have here. The female manager was smoking blues in the bathroom im pretty sure, it definitely smelled like she was and the smell lingered around and on her

Me and my husband came through the drive-through today at 6:00 PM. We were order number 45. We got up to the speaker and it does the automatic spiel of are you using your app for points and we responded with? We’re not sure yet the girl taking our order Victoria Asked us again if we were going to use our rewards. I responded with I was not sure because I was not sure what I wanted to order yet. She was very rude when responding back and she said “so are you going to order?” In a snappy tone, like If I’m in the drive-through line, at the speaker asking for a second to look at the menu obviously I want to order food, but some people need a second to order. So I said yes I just need a second. The whole time she was taking our order she had an attitude. She was rude, and she was to put it bluntly, bitchy. I would usually never write a review like this about somebody but I’ve never experienced this kind of attitude from a customer service worker. I used to work in fast food so I get it can be hard but Victoria had an absolutely Horrible attitude for someone who works in customer service. Hopefully someone can retrain her on her customer service because it is not it.

I ordered around 10:40 pm, and I understand it's late. I understand customers coming in late is annoying, I'm in the restaurant industry myself, but why should you make my experience horrible because you are having a bad night? Long story short; about 10% of the fries were in the carton & 90% in the bag, soda not full and barely any ice and they slammed the window before I could ask for a full soda, ignoring me whilst mopping. Horrible staff attitude, we all have bad nights get over it.

Awful experience and they probably won’t even care, since they didn’t so far. I ordered delivery with them (and have a few times before without issues) and checked with my delivery driver that everything was in the bag. She said she asked and the workers said everything was in there. When I FINALLY got my order (which was 40 minutes long btw!) it literally had my drink and just one hash brown. That hash brown was freezing too (not cold, literally freezing), so the one thing I did get, was not even edible. The bag was missing pretty much my whole order. Also, my order on my end does not have everything removed from my sandwich? So idk why it says it on there. Definitely something wrong with their system, who would order/pay a sandwich and then remove every single part of the sandwich..? Doesn’t make sense.
So the workers didn’t even check and make sure it was correct. They just sent a huge bag with just a drink in it and one freezing cold hash brown. You’d think someone would see it’s missing most of the items. Took forever to get help and couldn’t even get a full refund, even though I didn’t get what I ordered at all. Definitely not going back here and went to another location to get the right food, which was a way better experience.

Went in for the usual breakfast sandwich deal and they said there was an issue processing the deals.. and they wanted to charge me double for it.
Sorry but after years of being a loyal Customer, some locations just need to replace some of the employees. I ended up leaving Disappointed.. went somewhere else.

Kids extremely loud here at this location. Under no supervision. Playground should be closed but is open to dining room

Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian you should stay far away from mostly all existing fast food places in general.
Dietary restrictions: Everything at mcdonalds is barely meat as is.
Parking: About 30 spots to park. Also all around the building.
Kid-friendliness: Kids always have a blast playing in the playland area!
Wheelchair accessibility: My father-in-law has one leg, in a wheelchair, and can always find and park easily, as well as enter and order in the resturant.
