Every time I get a coffee here they ask you if you’d like sugar or sweetener and creamer but when they do it. They never add sugar or sweetener just creamer so make sure you ask for plenty of sugar or creamer so you can add it yourself. They try to cut corners to save money but we need to ask for more. Ketchup and napkins. Anything that will hurt them in the wallet since they can’t get their service right.

Placed a mobile order, requested no onions on the burgers, once I got home, noticed that instead of the chicken nuggets I ordered they gave me onions. If you’re gonna get upset for someone making a modification don’t offer it. What horrible customer service.

As usual, the conspiracy theory continues. They still refuse to turn their ice cream machine on.
Soda through the drive thru is awful. It has that slightly soapy flavor that these “all-in-one” soda fountains have. One of the greatest things about McDonald’s is the soda and this just ruins it.

I was disappointed in the restaurant today. The app showed food was ready to pull into the drive thru to pick up food. But they asked us to wait in spot 1 , while 3 other cars pulled through, got their food and drove off. We had to go into the restaurant to get our food. They were not concerned that we were upset with the lack of service. We had ordered 2 Big Mac meals.

Ordered a large breakfast order. When I got there it showed my order had canceled and at this time was after breakfast. The manager or assistant manager told me my order never went through but made it for me anyway and was no charge. By far was the best service I have had in a long time. Just do not see this anymore in this day and age. Thank you guys
