We had such excellent service from a young man named Michael , I believe he was a manager , not too sure but he had a different type of shirt then the regular employees, nonetheless despite having a rough day as he shared and he was very kind to my mother and honoring our app coupon since the app wasn’t working . Nonetheless extremely grateful that he was very attentive and kind especially to my mother, she was so grateful and couldn’t stop raving about him just goes to show you how rare service like this usually is. Nonetheless, please McDonald’s give this young man his accolades and round of applause to you Michael!

The friendly young lady at the drive thru asked me how I like the Big Arch. I said I hadn't tried it yet, but I'd let her know next time thru. We'll, here's my review of that Big Arch. This is the messiest burger ever. Much worse than the Big Mac. Extremely salty and the sauce is too mustardy. The crisp onions add nothing as they have no flavor. The 3 slices of white cheddar are too much and should be replaced by 2 slices of regular American. It was ok for the first 2/3's of it, but got really hard to eat towards the end. Just overkill. If you love Big Macs, like I do, stick with the classic.

It’s a complete roll of the dice if you are going to have good French fries or not. Simple requests like a plain hamburger with nothing on it is hard for them to achieve. 9 times out of 10 they ask you to pull around and park when you are in the drive through, what is the point of a drive through?

Went to another location to redeem some free large fries and they unfortunately gave me some sucky bottom of the barrel limp ones.
On a whim I called up this location and explained the situation and my GOAT Michael not only offered to replace the order, but he replaced it with some of the freshest fries I’ve ever had from McD.
Dude is the manager and definitely deserves that position. He totally didn’t have to hook it up like he did but went out of his way to make sure I walked away with good food and a good experience.
