The guy that took my order was awesome, I ordered two sausage cheese, mcgridles, and NO EGG, so what I got was two sausages egg mcgridles, I took it up to the counter and asked them to fix it. They brought me out two sausage mcgridles, OMG REALLY, the sticker on the rapper of the sandwich said, Sausage egg cheese mcgridle NO FOLDED EGG. So why was it so hard to read a label and give me what I wanted. I spent 30.00 for 4 sandwiches, 1 hash browns and 2 OJ's. Worst experience. At McDonald's.

WOW!! THE MANAGER CHRIS at 91st & UNION HILLS, ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND DOES NOT HAVE ANY PROFESSIONALISM, WAS IMMEDIATELY ON DEFENSE MODE WITH A BAD ATTITUDE! SELF ordering didn't work. Dr Pepper didn't work. A self proclaimed Manager cursed while working the counter and register. I explained to my 6 yr old Grandson this wasn't acceptable. Cleaning materials were left out in the dining room. The other Manager offered me a pie. Not good enough. Fix this place or you won't see me again. Food was hot but couldn't make up for the crap experience.

Usually whenever I buy food from McDonald's, my standards are pretty low, but when I received my food, I wasn't expecting my chicken sandwich to not only be cold, but so overcooked that I thought they put a quarter pounder patty in place of the chicken. Fries were over salted and about as dark as the skin on a russet potato. Overall, dry, cold, overcooked food. Fairly Dissatisfied. It's food. Not rocket science. Put a little more effort into it. Next time I'll just go to the surrounding competition.

All but one table was dirty so thankfully we had a place to sit. Floors hadn't been swept in some time. Shake machine broken so that was disappointing. Typical of this McD

This location consistently closes 15-20 minutes before the time listed on the app. I get employees wanna go home after a long day, but I feel it's inappropriate regulalry to close your doors before the times listed on the store/website. At least turn off mobile orders when y'all close early so people don't waste their time.
