My family and I stopped this evening for dessert. We ordered a coffee and two Mcflurries. The ladies that handed the ice cream to us did not blend the ice cream with the oreo and M&M's. We asked if they had blended it and responded that they had but we could see them through the window just put the ice cream in the cup and throw on toppings so we asked if they could please blend them. They grabbed the ice cream out of our hands, closed the window and proceeded to blend it for two seconds, and gave the ice creams back to us. Where is the customer service? We were kind and cordial to them when asking, and we were given rude behavior in response. Why treat others so passive when you choose to be in the service industry. Management would be disappointed in the behavior that was displayed.

Passed another location that was slightly less convenient only to find this location had no beef options available. How do you run a Hamburger restaurant without Hamburgers?! Talk about incompetent management.

UPDATE... This place has gone downhill. There is a limited menu, I have to do all the ordering electronically, no option for a human anymore to take my order. They did not bring the food to the table, meat Patty's are getting smaller every visit, and the music makes me want to jump out a window. Not going back.

This McDonald’s won’t cook chicken in the morning for chicken McGriddles, their drive through sign was broken, they charge 1.99 to swap for rounded egg, they force you to use the kiosk, the enployees are rude and don’t care

I have yet to order at this McDonalds and actually get my food at the drive through. Every single time I have to pull over, wait in a drive through waiting parking spot, and wait for my food to be brought out. Maybe they could actually try having food ready?!?!! Like a fast food establishment?

Edit: The quality of the food from this place has gone so far down hill im changing my review to 1 star. When its time for them to clean the grill, they don't. They just scrape all of the nasty stuff into your food.
Place is always nice and clean inside, the staff is friendly very friendly, help you in any way possible and your food is always fresh and hot and if not let them know and they will take care of it no questions asked!!! 😊👍❤️

The process was long, my fries were only halfway full, it smelled very strong of grease, there was a very hostile blonde girl walking through from the front to the back yelling way too loud at the kitchen & some short brown girl, it was extremely concerning?? and I think I seen a roach run across the counter??! Overall i’d give my experience a 2/10 & would never come back unless Im THAT hungry…

Horrible service, one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. Screwed up our entire order and then asks to go back through the drive through line again because they didn’t properly ring up items on our order. This store needs some management skills and to handle their staff accordingly.

Went there a couple of weeks ago. Bugs were scattered all outside the drive thru window crawling through the cracks into the building. If they don’t even care about customers seeing a bunch of bugs crawling inside at the literal window, I can’t imagine what the actual inside looks like. Used to enjoy going here but I am too digusted to come back anymore.
