Empty McDonald’s and yet they have you wait at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes and then make you wait AGAIN for your food. To make things worse they miss an entire burger and when we came back to get it they knew it was missing. This is getting ridiculous.

ordered 1 small fry on the app and went to the bathroom. 5 mins later no employee acknowledges me. 4 employees standing around. 2 walk past me. only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because an employee finally acknowledged me after 10mins and apologized then got me a small fry. in the time i waited i watched an employee help a man right away but continue to ignore me. i guess they figured i was a doordash driver waiting and chose to ignore me. no i was a paying customer but a woman not a man.

Order wrong. Food cold. It’s never 100 here. They are nice people but this is ridiculous. Also, and I am not complaining, this is a hang out for ALA after school kids. I mean it gets packed at 3:30 and you will know by all the electric bikes and scooters outside. It was stupid to go there at this time. They are understaffed and overwhelmed.

The self order machines always have an issue here. The other day it was an inop card reader, so I had to wait in line just to pay at the counter. And this time it was a faulty printer, it only printed out the right half of the receipt.
Other than that, food was great as well as the service.

This location apparently sells quarter pounder burgers made with wagyu or something because this location specifically sells the McDonald land meals for $5 more than all other nearby locations. $18? For a McDonald’s meal? Crazy.

When I placed my order I chose a previously ordered order and it changed the location that I was at to the previous location from the previous order. Therefore, my order was sent to the wrong location (30 min away). I did not notice the location had reverted until I checked in at the McDonalds I was at and they told me. I couldnt cancel through the app so I called the location that the food was incorrectly ordered from. I explained what happened to the manager. He told me he couldn’t refund my order and the food would be waiting for me. I asked him to cancel and refund it since it was so far. Everyone knows McDonald’s can do refunds. He said I could drive and pickup my food or not, but he wasnt refunding it. He said to me, “I could refund your order, but since I started making it, I’m just not going to.” Is this the new practice of McDonalds? Stealing? How rude of that manager to tell me he was just choosing to not refund it. Is he that petty to where he refused to refund my $20 just because he can? No wonder McDonald’s reported a quarterly profit, they’re stealing….

My family and I stopped this evening for dessert. We ordered a coffee and two Mcflurries. The ladies that handed the ice cream to us did not blend the ice cream with the oreo and M&M's. We asked if they had blended it and responded that they had but we could see them through the window just put the ice cream in the cup and throw on toppings so we asked if they could please blend them. They grabbed the ice cream out of our hands, closed the window and proceeded to blend it for two seconds, and gave the ice creams back to us. Where is the customer service? We were kind and cordial to them when asking, and we were given rude behavior in response. Why treat others so passive when you choose to be in the service industry. Management would be disappointed in the behavior that was displayed.

I paid $30 for 2 meals with milk shake. I told them that the food better be really good, otherwise I am returning. They made me wait but made the food right. I guess I am just shocked from the price.
