Usually great but once in a while q bas experience will arise. "Today"
They wouldn't allow me to substitute bacon in strad of sausage on my breakfast
Mcgriddle. Then charges $2.60 for two little pieces of bacon.

i went through the drive through. i paid for a 6 count nuggets, they gave me 4. they also forgot sauce and the medium fry, i had to remind them for it. when i did so, the girl just said “oop 😮🤭” then came back with it

I did an on-line order and accidentally forgot my phone. I was told even though my name was on the bag and I had already paid for my food that they wouldn't give it to me. I was unhappy but whatever. Then one of the managers walked up, and RUDELY told me the same thing the other employee said in a nasty way, as if I was deaf. So I went back home and got my phone and sure enough when I got back there was my name on the bag. They made a great show of checking and rechecking the number on my phone. The manager just kind of thrust the bag at me and didn't say a word. It wouldn't have been such a bad experience but for the terrible attitude of the manager.

McDonald's has gone way down hill. Food is mediocre at best and the prices have gotten to be absolutely ridiculous. I rarely go anymore even though it is convenient.

By far the worst service I have ever gotten with a McDonalds… and the worst part is I used to work at this location. Ordered a Mocha Frappe like I always do on my Saturday afternoons here and when I pulled up to the 2nd window the employee asked me to move to parking spot 1. Thinking that’s odd just for a frappe and no one was behind me at the time. I waited in parking spot 1 for over 7 minutes… finally the girl comes out and says their machine is broken and would I like something else. Well considering I had frozen and refrigerated items in my vehicle sitting in 105 degree weather I declined and trust me I will not be returning!

I work for DoorDash and had an order at about 3:10 am. Once I got to this location the dining room was closed so we had to use the drive thru. We got there around 3:15am and once we pulled up to the speaker we weren’t spoken to for about 10 minutes until we said “hello?” And they responded with “just a moment”. We waited and couldn’t just leave because it was a DoorDash order so we were there for a total of 50 minutes waiting to be spoken to and to be given our order. By the time we got the food it was cold. This location needs to come up with a better system for pick ups as it could’ve been ran out to us as soon as soon as we got there. Something could’ve been happening with the system but we had absolutely no communication. Just being told the issue would’ve helped tremendously.
