We have a flurry of birthdays in July, and we had a wonderful celebration at Buca di Beppo! Our server was very attentive and helpful. The food....oh the food! We had dishes that met everyone's cravings, and we all left feeling full and festive.

The service was amazing considering we had a table for 10 but the food tasted old. The salad that was $34 appeared to have old brown lettuce that was wilted and not fresh and crispy. Some of the pasta dishes came out cold and the calamari and mozzarella sticks appear to be Fried and then sat out for several minutes before being delivered to the table. Unfortunately, we will not be returning there it was an average experience.

The family feast (4 for $40) is a great deal. The food is ok, nothing spectacular... but kid approved, so that's a win! The service was wonderful, all the staff was kind and accommodating. The staff is really the reason we had a positive experience!

Had an early birthday celebration for dinner. Service was excellent as with the food. For a first experience I was very pleased.

The food was fairly bland, server seemed annoyed and never smiled once. We were charged for food we never received. Just wasn't really good at all. We won't be back.

They give you two menus for 6 people. The men's toilet stall don't lock the seats are falling off. Freezing cold in our area. The appetizer are small and you pay around 23 to 28 bucks for them. The food labeled as spicy isn't spicy at all, they give you red pepper flakes ?? Two chairs were falling apart , had to switch them out with another table. We paid 227.00 dollars for just me and the wife with two appetizers and garlic bread and a side order of noodles plus our two entrées. Now remember this is a chain restaurant. Not fine dinning.

Off the list! Bathrooms were filthy and no hand towels. Told waitress and they never filled them. Service was below average. Our group was the only party there so it wasn't because they were busy. They just opened for the day. Food was terrible! Garlic bread was dry. Calamari was chewy and the fried breading was soggy. The mozzarella sticks were soggy. The penne pasta was dry (needed more sauce) and flavorless. The Caesar salad wasn't fresh and had a “bagged” lettuce chemical taste.

Waited a hour and a half past our reservation to get in was seated didn't receive any menus. Service was slow. Nobody busting tables and food was not great.

We used to enjoy visiting Buca di Beppo in years past at other locations. Where do we begin? As you approach the entrance there was a handwritten sign on one of the doors to avoid opening and use the other due to need for repairs. We entered using caution and waited for several minutes while waiting for a host or hostess to greet us. The phone rang incessantly while we waited. A hostess eventually arrived and we advised her we had a reservation (which was unnecessary). It took a couple minutes to find the reservation. Not having been to this store location before we were asked if we wanted a table “downstairs”. Well, “downstairs” was street level and we were seated directly next to the perpetually ringing main phone. This table was in what appeared to be a bar lounge. I recognize that Buca di Beppo is meant to be a fun and eclectic atmosphere. A visit to this restaurant is not intended as a formal dining experience. I recognize this and considered this in my review. But this store was in dire need of a complete and total renovation and restaffing based on our Saturday afternoon experience. This Peoria, Arizona store was clearly short-staffed. The interior was “tired” and in need of a refreshening. I question the ability of the kitchen staff as well. The food was bland and lacking any love in preparation. Our waitress tried to accommodate our table of four. But she was clearly overwhelmed. I could not return to this restaurant again under any conditions.

Food was brought to us in not so much of a timely manner. Our server seemed pre occupied with the group next to us, which of course was a larger party that the waitress new would be a better tip than 4 people. I feel like we were downgrade. I felt like sterrage on the Titanic....third class! Never have I ever been so disappointed not only with Bucca di beppo, but not by any OTHER restaurant! They don't deserve good quality psyrons that are not appreciated! Disappointed to infinity and beyond! They made My Saturdays Mother's day luncheon terrible!!

The service was just ok all the food did not come out together and the food was ok I feel it could use a good cleaning and upgrade the table cloths and other things

We had a party of 20 celebrating a birthday. Our waiters and the restaurant were very accommodating and service was great! Food was even better:)

Arrived early for a 5pm dinner reservation. We were promptly seated. Restaurant was busy with large groups. Our server arrived and took drink and appetizer order. Food and service were both very good, but nothing specific stood out. We ordered fried mozzarella, apple gorgonzola salad, pizza, prosciutto stuffed chicken and spicy chicken rigatoni pasta. Everything had good flavor. The spicy rigatoni lacked some heat. That particular dish seems to vary in the amount of spiciness each time we visit.

Food was great and our server Shelby was amazing, I would recommend the lasagna as it was good. Also bring a jacket as it was cold

Food was not great at all (not even mediocre and we tried many things on the menu. Everything was lacking flavor and texture. Overcooked, under-flavored and soggy). Super expensive for what it is. Cocktails are also below average. Quantity vs. quality seems to be the motto here. Also, our table was dirty with garlic bread crumbs/large chunks all over the middle of the large table on one side of the booth, with that plate and silverware being very dirty (literally half of a straw wrapper cemented onto the fork) and 2 other plates at the table setting were dirty.
