We had family in town and went to Buca di Beppo for dinner. There were six of us and all of us had a great time. We ordered three small entrees as well as an appetizer and 2 desserts. The food was delicious and there was nothing to complain about.

Our Server was excellent & a complete joy, The Eggplant Parmigiana was a bit overcooked but tasty. The Apple Gorgonzola Salad was fresh, crisp, chilled and tasty. The Garlic Cheese Bread was under-whelming. The Service Staff earned the higher rating & truly made the meal enjoyable.

The room was very hot. Thank goodness they brought in a portable cooler or we would've had to leave. Also, would not allow us to be seated until the server arrived. We had guests arriving 15 minutes before our reservation. Our tables were ready but still would not permit us to go to the tables which was very difficult since the majority of our party were elderly and have mobility issues. This didn't make sense since we acknowledged we would not be expecting to place any orders until the server arrived. It was not very accommodating.

Table cloths are very old and dirty .. food wasn't really hot .. garlic bread was horrible and I love my bread .. I've never said a bread was horrible ever .. waitress was friendly .. my first time there I was not impressed whatsoever.. I definitely won't be going back.. wasn't what I thought.. very disappointed

We had a reservation for 21 attendees for a birthday dinner. When we were taken up to our table, the room was hot. When we asked the server about the temperature, we were informed they will turn down the temperature but the room remained hot. Patrons at other tables were fanning themselves with their menus. After talking to the manager, we were informed that the ac units on the roof had not been working. We would have appreciated some transparency when we confirmed the reservation about the room being hot. We were led to believe the room was going to cool down. Had we been told the room didn't have working ac, we wouldn't have wasted time and gas driving to the restaurant. The staff were friendly but should have been upfront about the ac issues from the moment we arrived.

Thank you for the excellent meal! My whole family enjoyed celebrating my son's birthday and just being together for a shared meal. Plus his birthday was extra special this year since he's a new daddy. So our family is expanding!

The only issue was checking in at 6:45 for 7 reservation and was not seated until 7:15 pm Going upstairs multiple empty tables so there must be staffing issue? Our server Paul was great

We had a party of 6. Our server took really great care of us. Made sure we always had enough to drink. Would take our plates as soon as we were done with them. She was a joy to have as a server.

Upon arrival the staff seemed disinterested in checking our party in. Discussed prior to the event that there were dietary restrictions and was assured there was a gluten free menu, when asked for one we were told they didn't have one. The food was very bland and some items came out cold. Given the wait time for the entrees we elected to just take the cold items home rather than ask for it to be sent back. Our waitress was great and the only highlight of the night.

Everything was great from the moment I stepped into the restaurant. Mikayla gave me a great table right away. My server, Blake was very knowledgeable about the menu in both beverages and available entrees. I will be returning soon.

Search a great experience here the service was amazing for my son's birthday. The food came out immediately. Great size for your money. Definitely not fine dining but it was a great experience for a large party. Would definitely go again for a big birthday group event.

Overall disappointing...we had a large party with a reservation and they seemed ill prepared to handle us. The food was served at an almost cold level. We've been many times but this one didn't hit the mark.

First time coming to this restaurant and me and my wife absolutely enjoyed it. Initially, we were advised that a small serving fee 2 to 4 people but we underestimated that heavily. We ordered three separate dishes along with bruschetta, and I will tell you, they are not lying about their portion sizes. We just went last night, and we still have potentially two more days worth of food left between the two of us. I absolutely recommend this place, and highly recommend setting a reservation due to their wait times. If you were going as a couple try to be seated at the downstairs bar, it is a lot quieter and gives you more of a romantic feeling

Service was really slow. We ordered the Valentine's 3 course meal special. The lasagna was supposed to be a regular lasagne in a heart shape. Instead it was 5 pieces of what looked like deep fried lasagna? Not fully sure. But it was cold and didn't taste very good. Very disappointing experience.

Overall good experience for the family affair that we wanted. The prices have gone up quite a bit for the entrees. Service was satisfactory-not exemplary. Have been to Buca many times over the years-expected better.
