Search a great experience here the service was amazing for my son's birthday. The food came out immediately. Great size for your money. Definitely not fine dining but it was a great experience for a large party. Would definitely go again for a big birthday group event.

Overall disappointing...we had a large party with a reservation and they seemed ill prepared to handle us. The food was served at an almost cold level. We've been many times but this one didn't hit the mark.
First time coming to this restaurant and me and my wife absolutely enjoyed it. Initially, we were advised that a small serving fee 2 to 4 people but we underestimated that heavily. We ordered three separate dishes along with bruschetta, and I will tell you, they are not lying about their portion sizes. We just went last night, and we still have potentially two more days worth of food left between the two of us. I absolutely recommend this place, and highly recommend setting a reservation due to their wait times. If you were going as a couple try to be seated at the downstairs bar, it is a lot quieter and gives you more of a romantic feeling

Service was really slow. We ordered the Valentine's 3 course meal special. The lasagna was supposed to be a regular lasagne in a heart shape. Instead it was 5 pieces of what looked like deep fried lasagna? Not fully sure. But it was cold and didn't taste very good. Very disappointing experience.

Overall good experience for the family affair that we wanted. The prices have gone up quite a bit for the entrees. Service was satisfactory-not exemplary. Have been to Buca many times over the years-expected better.

We made reservations for a family dinner. Our server, Lara was exceptional from the beginning. With an older person in our party, she gave us a little extra room. The food was really good and everyone in the party was happy. Laura made the experience excellent for everyone.

Decided to try it for the first time tonight....not gonna write a long review but bottom line, I could have air fried the frozen chicken fingers in my freezer and they would have tasted better. Got 6 of them and gave 2 to my dogs and they left them on the floor. Wayyyy overcooked, not tasty and the honey mustard sauce would have been better if Id mixed honey & mustard at home.Last, the onion rings were also wayyyy over cooked....just all around not a good experience ....PS....Ive been drinking and am saying this.....and usually I think 1am McDonald's is amazing! NASCAR Chicken & Burgers.....you aint gonna last long like this......?

Don't eat here! Service was horrible and the food had no flavor. Waited an additional 45 minutes after our reservation outside in the cold with a baby. Was made to walk up 2 flights of stairs and not told that they had an elevator for my handicap mother. Was not given enough menus for all the adults. Ice machine broken so they gave us warm soda. We will never return.

Monet was absolutely amazing and accommodating! Made our experience special. I really appreciate everyone that gave up their Christmas Day to be open and provide a great meal for those of us that were unable to prepare a meal this year!

Came earlier, one hour than our reservation. Was told they were busy and probably couldn't seat us until reservation time. We're seated at our reservation time. Told no pizza available. Ordered a small lasagna and garlic bread for 3 of us. Arrived lukewarm. Servers were nice tho.
I scheduled a delivery this morning to be delivered to my house at 430 for Christmas Eve dinner. All day long I believed we were all set for dinner. At 3 o'clock I received confirmation my order would be delivered. at about 345 the driver sent a message and said they cannot find the order and then immediately following I received a notoficarion that the order was cancelled. Then the restaurant went not accepting orders on their Uber page. My whole family is here for Christmas dinner and we have none. I called and spoke with the manager and she could care less. Not even an apology.

Haven't been to this Buca's in ten plus years and there have been no updates since that time. Same old terrible carpet. Now dinner was going ok until they got our order wrong by bringing us small portions instead of the large ones we ordered. The server said we could eat the small and he would order another two small orders, but after apologies and 45-60 minutes we finally got our two items. We took most of it to go. They took the two items off the bill left us with a terrible experience.

Our waitress Bre was awesome & was always there when we needed her. Great service & great food. Love that they have the Turkey dinner & their full menu since my husband is vegetarian.
The food was amazing. I loved how you get the tradition Thanksgiving meal as well as the full other menu. The food was so good at such a good price. They were prompt with the food and the service was exceptional
