Nekter Juice Bar

The customer service was good, however I took a few sips and experienced throat pain and coughing. I had to throw away the smoothie as it kept getting worse the more I drank. I’m not sure what was different but I do not feel well. I told the employees and asked for water. This is my 2nd experience at this location and the drinks don’t taste good and I am scared to return. I will stick to Robeks for now until I find another place.

I placed an online order, my order was ready very quickly. I had requested some substitutions in my bowl, they made it just as I asked for. My berry bowl was amazing. Will definitely order from this location again!

My wife and I came in to try for the first time. My wife loved her smoothie, but I did not like mine. There was nothing wrong with it. There wasn't anything on the menu that stuck out to me. The staff was friendly and the seating area was very clean.

Terrible service! Ordered online and came to pick up my order. They didn’t even start it and all the customers before me got their order prior to me getting mine. Why allow online orders if you don’t fulfill them until people get there. When I asked after waiting 20 minutes, they were rude and said it would be 10 more minutes.

This location is the only one nearby that makes my smoothies and bowls how I like them consistently! Every time I go to another location I regret it, as my orders often don’t include everything I ordered.

Also Jaden is an absolute boss! She holds the business down and is always in control of the chaos when the lines are long and the place gets packed!

They will be late, take forever, & don’t give you lids for PICK UP. Go to another Nekter by far the worst Nekter around.

Smoothies are pretty good but downloaded the app and signed up for texts to get “first smoothie free”. After doing this and buying 3 smoothies for over 40 dollars they said it had to be for the next purchase. Came back another day of vacation to get 3 more smoothies and apparently not one free this time either bc not enough points. They clearly said download the app for a free first smoothie. Now I have purchased 6 over priced smoothies. Will not be back a 3rd time.

It really wasn’t what I expected. I asked the cashier if the peanut butter would be overpowering. She answered no. But it was like the only flavor I tasted. I’d go back but I’d be for specific about what I want.
