Shakes are a little watery service is ok but gat damn, it always smells in this particular store. Most days it smells stagnant and like the store needs to breath. Today however, it smells like genuine sewage. Like someone went to the bathroom and didn’t flush.

Blown away by this location. I can say one stop is easily the best supplement/shake spot in the valley. GNC has nothing on one stop, especially the lake pleasant/happy valley location. I'm always greeted by very helpful and professional workers. I usually see mason there, and he always makes my day. Just a real mf and always nice to talk to. Very educated and informative, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. I'll keep coming here as long as they keep doing what they're doing! I can't believe this place has any bad reviews, so I figured I'd keep it 100 and leave a truthful review.

Today was my husbands birthday, I went to get him a smoothie after we went on a walk. I pulled up at 6:22 and saw the employee looking out the doors, when he saw me, he threw his head back in disgust that we had pulled up. Then he immediately went into the back. I decided to drive away because obviously he was not wanting to be of assistance. We get a smoothie about 3-5 times per week from this location. Very upset.

I stopped in the ONE STOP NUTRITION at the shopping center at 59TH & the 101 which is not my first time. I wanted to purchase a small container of Creatine and a Mass Gainer Shake. The young man rang up my purchases and the bill came to $92 and change. The Creatine was $59.95, the shake was $9.00 and the charge on my credit card was $92.64 including tip. I asked another clerk there if that was right and she said it was. I asked her to please explain the charges to me and she got the price of the Creatine and shake correct which came to $68. I asked why the overcharge and she said the tax was $4.05 and she went on to try to explain that there was a service charge. I later found that the service charge is actually a $2.00 credit card fee which I have no problem with...it is what it is. Actual cost should have been $75.05, NOT $92. When I asked why they were over charging me $17.00 over she said "because we live in AMERICA and they don't want us to make money! I couldn't beleive she said that!!!! I asked her two more times thinking I surely didn't hear her correctly. My reply..."We live in the GREATEST country in the world and that's AMERICA." If I owned that ONE STOP I would have a new clerk working this afternoon. Gene B

**BZRK BEWARE** I bought this pre-workout on Saturday and opened it up on Monday morning to use for my workout. Pre-workout was clumpy, tasted horrible, and did not mix well. Pre-workout, in general, is hygroscopic so when it absorbs moisture it will become clumpy! I took it back to exchange for a different brand due to this and the employee would not exchange it. I originally thought it was expired and it was not. I voiced my concerns about this specific item taking on moisture at some point so she called her manager and said their return policy is once a product has been open they can’t take it back. We spend hundreds of dollars at this location but unfortunately will not be returning due to this. I love supporting local businesses but it’s too expensive if they don’t support you back. I ended up throwing this product in the garbage and purchasing a different pre-workout online.

Used to come here weekly, but got recommended a pre workout that did absolutely nothing, which is fine it just didnt work for me, but their return policy is absolute garbage. 7 days, unopened and with receipt? How would i know i wanted to return it if i never opened it. Waste of $70. Will be going to gnc from now on because they have a much better policy. Lesson learned.

I Stop by the one on lake pleasant at least Three times a week on my way to work to get a meal replacement and it’s always with peanut butter and whatever Caleb wants to put in it . He’s an awesome person so I know he’s got to be one your best employee’s .He really takes care of His customers and knows the regulars & what They usually get. Now that’s knowing your customers when you walk in and someone ask do you you want your usual. *****5 stars

I am posting about the One Stop Nutrition on 67th Ave & Happy Valley Rd (not showing on yelp but I'm told same owner). I purchased an item today and although I paid cash, I was still charged a 4% "credit card fee". (Photo attached) When I questioned the cashier, she wasn't able to remove it and said "all products have an extra tax". This just seems shady and dishonest to me. I still purchased it because I am completely out, but I will look for another place to buy supplements that doesn't have hidden fees. On another note, the employee are always friendly & helpful, I just don't like extra fees masked as "credit card fees" when it is clearly just an extra charge for nothing.

It's interesting that they claim that they use Muscle Quik, exclusively, in their shakes. Yet, there is no plain vanilla flavor under that brand (which they claim to use) and only cinnamon vanilla. I wonder if they use another brand entirely...sounds like a FTC/FDA violation to me.

I came by the lake pleasant and happy valley location about 1pm today to get a shake. One gal (who was newer) made it while the other one was ringing out. The cashier was having a conversation with a young man in front of me who had already been checked out. My shake was just sitting next to her while I patiently waited for them to finish their conversation. But they kept talking and talking and talking. All about how lean they both were, about how they didn't like meal prepping, about how much their veins would pop out because of their leanness. A few minutes go by and I was shocked at how long she was carrying on this conversation with me just standing there waiting. Finally I asked if she could just ring me out while they were still talking. She laughed and said, "ya, I talk alot". Once I started to actually drink my shake I was getting pieces of plastic! I had 7 pieces of plastic that came up through the straw. I went back in and let the cashier know and she looked at me, didn't say or act sorry and just stared at me for an uncomfortable amount of time. Finally she said well what do you want, a new one? Ummmm HELLO! How about saying sorry and yeah I want a new one or even an offer for a refund. I was polite the entire time and asked if she could could remake it, and I even apologized for the inconvenience. By the time I got home I started getting plastic pieces again. I wish she could have at least checked her cups or machine or mixins because clearly I'm not the only one who would encounter this issue today but to be honest, her lack of customer service skills was more upsetting then the plastic in the shake.
