I rarely leave review but felt led to reach out to acknowledge Morgan. When I arrived, Morgan was working both the drive through as well as the indoor register. He took the time to offer suggestions regarding meals, was assisting other employees as needed, and was incredibly kind to both customers and employees. When the cooks presented my dine in box of food, he took a few moments of time to wipe off the box and arrange the tray providing another small touch of excellence. If my husband had an opening at his company I would have offered Morgan a job opportunity on the spot due to him shining as a quality employee and human being. I highly recommend Ono promote this man to a managerial position within the company in short order as he shines!

Cannot recommend, even after wishing and hoping and giving them multiple chances.
Super slow, (really slow,) also got tired of cold food, super thin katsu, room temperature, (supposed to be cold,) macaroni salad and forgetting to add items to the drive through bags.
Sure the staff is super friendly but, I'm going to have to say it is the owners and managers that are the problem. On yelp, (where I just left my detailed review of today's order,) there are as many 1 star as 5 star apparently. I'll say the five stars just having been wore down yet.

I used to come to this location a lot but now I feel like the quality of the food and the service have diminished. I ordered the pick one with Hawaiian BBQ chicken. They were having a deal right now where you order online and it’s $7 per plate. The food was okay. I wished they would’ve put a little bit more meat in it. Everything on the menu is extremely overpriced. What’s worse was there’s no ice in the fountain machine and there were no small/medium lids. When I asked the cashier for one she told me they were out of them. If it wasn’t for the online deal, I wouldn’t have came here.

I used to love this place, the quality has gone down recently. Just ordered from door dash, order was wrong, the salads had no dressing, and the bbq chicken and chicken katsu came without any sauce. Do I really have to specify that I don’t want dry chicken and dry lettuce? If they start trying harder, I’ll come back.

I walked in and was greeted by the cashier with the double nose piercings. I knew what I wanted already so I was ready to order, she turns around and goes straight to her phone right in front of me, I literally had to wait for her to stop texting to service me. I just thought that was very rude and not professional at all.
