Excellent breakfast! Food and customer service was top notch! Better than Haystack or Scramble. Environment is bright and friendly! Was 14th on the waitlist- but actually waited 10 minutes. I’m only sorry we are leaving town already and didn’t try this place first!!! 10 Stars!

This was our first time at Over Easy. What a fantastic experience. Our server Nicole was right on point with her smile and great service. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back.

I Had the seasonal frittata and my husband had the Loko Moko. Frittata didn’t have much flavor considering all the toppings. The side of sweet potato hash was not good. They were hard on the inside and almost mushy on the outside. I’m sure this was from reheating and The onions in the hash were burnt. Additionally the bottom of the frittata was very browned which is not tasty. The Loko Moko my husband rates a 4.5 out of 5 and would have again.
We will return and try something new for sure.

Over Easy is a great place to grab some breakfast. This location is particularly beautiful! I watched the sun rise over the mountains as I ate my breakfast. I had the avocado toast and coffee. The coffee was some of the best regular coffee I have had in a restaurant in well, maybe ever. The service was great and so was my food.

Should not take 26 minutes to fix a breakfast. Have to plead for more coffee. Used the heel of the bread loaf to make a sandwich.

Everything about Over Easy Peoria was excellent. We tried out a different breakfast place the first day in town. Staff and food were subpar. Then we found Over Easy!

Wow, we were blown away by our server Chloe. We came back each morning not only because it was a few minutes from our resort, but because Chloe was the best waitress we’ve had at any restaurant across the US. She is so personable and professional! Literally, from day 2 she knew what we liked! We just wanted to take her home with us to meet our son haha!!

The food was excellent!! My personal favorite was the breakfast burrito with chorizo, avocado and pepper jack. We can’t get chorizo at restaurants in Mississippi! My husbands sausage and gravy was delicious too! I tried the banana nut French toast the last day: amazing!! And Chloe had us sold on the OJ from day 1! We are even going to buy a single serve OJ maker because it was so good!

The whole staff from hostesses to our waitress Chloe to the managers were top notch! Thank you!

We're staying at a nearby resort and ate here 2 days in a row. The food was excellent. Chloe was so good and remembered our preferences the second day. I wish we could get service like her back home in Michigan.
