Over Easy

We love this Over Easy location. The staff is great the patio is spacious and the food is always so good.

Ordered from the special insert menu which says included a side. The side section of the menu includes meat potatoes or fruit. I ordered the meat but was told that I could only get potatoes or fruit. I changed my order to chicken and waffles. Featured on Dinners and Dives. The waffle was flat as a pancake and both chicken and waffles were over cooked but were not warm. I couldn’t eat it. Never going to the Lake Pleasant PWY location again.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is beyond any other's. Everything and everyone were so bright and full of smiles. All the employees were dressed up in Halloween T-shirts and were celebrating this holiday. The manager, Chris, was kind enough to sit us and told us our server, Chloe, was super busy, so he went over the entire menu with us and offered to start us with drinks. He even took our order just to help out his server. Once Chlowle was caught up, she was fantastic and took wonderful care of us. You could tell everyone loves working here.

I ordered online for pickup and received an email stating my order would be ready at 11:30. I arrived at 11:35, but the attendant was rude, simply saying they’d place it in the pickup rack when ready. I checked the rack multiple times until 12:00, only to find my order was sitting behind the counter the entire time. The attendant never informed me, despite my repeated checks. This was highly unprofessional. Management should focus on hiring more courteous and attentive staff.

I should have trusted my gut. Our table was dirty, the music way too loud, bland food (plus it took quite a while to even receive our food), the gravy was thin and tasted like it was made with chipped beef, (seriously, it had a very weird texture and was completely inedible), and the chicken fried steak was as tough as a soldier's boot.The folks at the table across from us mentioned their breakfast burritos were ice cold in the middle, so they were unhappy as well. I've had rest stop diner food that was better.

I liked the food and service. Music was way too loud especially for 6:30 AM. Hard to speak and hear my wife on her birthday breakfast. This isn't a sports bar. It is out of place.

Terrible Service,

Ordered drinks and immediately assumed it was a fake because it was out of state and made us show all types of identification before they could serve us when we had legal state issued ID. About a 20 min process until they finally realized it was real and “felt comfortable serving us.”
