Food tasted good, i am GF so options are ok. Had horrible gas & upset stomach after for a day.

The food was not as outstanding as we have come to expect at PF's. It was mediocre at best and was not any better than your fast food competitors but priced obviously much higher.

P.F. Chang's used to be much better in my opinion. The spicy chicken was actually sweet not spicy. They are clearly not as busy as they used to be also.

Egg rolls cold. they were split lengthwise and got cold. Served at same time as my soup. Not good. Soup was excellent. Honey shrimp excellent. Service so so.

We met up with some dear friends at PF Changs and had a delightful time. An experienced server was training a new server at our table, and they couldn't have been a better team. They were very generous in not rushing us out of our table so that we could catch up on old times. Unfortunately, the food (hot and sour soup, mongolian beef, and lo mein) were all way too greasy. My wife chose not to finish her food and later developed an upset stomach. I know that's the way they cook their food here -- but we prefer a traditional approach to Chinese food without all the grease.

Lettuce wraps aren't as good as they used to be, now made with Romaine lettuce instead of iceberg.
All previous times were great (hence, why i decided to leave 2 stars instead of one), but last night was pretty awful. I understand it was valentine's so it was really busy but that's not my complaint. We checked in online. Online said 45 min wait. When we arrived the host said they're running behind so it will be an additional 40 min wait. Not a problem. Yet. We understood, it was REALLY busy. They made it clear that they will text AND call for our name. Problem is, they removed my fiances name from the waiting list. We found out after waiting an hour and a half when they told us 40 minutes (in addition to waiting online). We checked with the host, but our name magically disappeared from the wait list. So they put us back on. We waited another hour when we realized that my fiances phone died, so we relayed this to the host. His name was removed AGAIN. They believed it was because they texted him and we didn't respond so they removed him but they made it clear again when we were put back on the list that they would also call our name, but they failed to do so. So we waited an additional 20 minutes. We waited about three and a half hours, because our name was removed twice. We did not speak to the manager (looking back, we really should have) and we did not make a fuss. We still paid our waiter 20% (it wasn't his fault). I was just upset, because they somehow removed our name TWICE and did NOT call our name when they promised to do so. After speaking to the host for the third time, it was then that they sat us down

We had an eventful night filled with love lots of here at P.F. Chang’s on Valentine’s Day. The service from the staff was amazing and the smell of all the great choices of food lingered throughout the restaurant all night. Overall, even though it was a very busy evening, everyone did an an outstanding job and made it a night to remember for everyone who walked into tho restaurant!
