After many years of wonderful dining, this was the worst experience I've ever had at P.F Chang's. 14 ladies celebrated my birthday and when the food was served the rice was ice cold, served on ice cold plates. Two of us sent our meals back and the rest just made do. I was so embarrassed that I suggested Chang's for my birthday luncheon that I will think about it in the future. After complaining, hot bowls of white and brown rice were brought to the table but our meats etc. that were originally on top of our cold rice was just moved over to the hot rice and that portion was still just lukewarm. All of our meals should have been remade not reheated as if I want to eat reheated food. I could have stayed home and have eaten leftovers. We were advised by the manager that there was a new chef and the heating lamp or table was not working properly. I'm not sure how new the server was to the restaurant but between the manager and the server someone should have known the food was coming out on cold plates. Isn't part of a manager's duties is to make sure that all equipment and various things are ready to go and operating properly ? In the past we were told don't touch the plates as they're very very hot. I think I would have noticed if the plates were ice cold if I had been a server there any length of time . At the least the manager should have offered my entire party 10 to 20% off their bill but instead we were virtually offered nothing for our inconvenience.

Had a great experience here on Christmas Eve. They were super busy but the service was excellent, all dishes we ordered were great (chicken lettuce wraps, pork dumplings, sweet & sour chicken, crispy green beans & Mongolian beef). We'll definitely be back again soon!

We went during a weeknight, so it wasn't crowded it all. The food was very, very good. A little different from most oriental restaurants but, it was very tasty and the portion was large enough to bring home another meal. Service was outstanding.

Usually good whenever I go, I just ordered a doordash order and they completely forgot my drink. I had messaged the doordasher, and they said there was never a drink. Im getting a refund through doordash but im extremely disappointed.

Tina was our Terrific server! She was personable and knowledgeable and treated us very well. The seasonal cocktails were great.
The portion sizes are perfect for lunch. There were quite a few options to choose from on the lunch menu. The only negatives would be is that the Mongolian Beef was not as tender as previous visits, and the wonton soup only had a few wontons. Overall, the service was very good.
