Me and my girlfriend walked in to grab our mobile order that we were just notified was ready, and we see it sitting on the counter behind the cashier Maya, we wait on the side as maya is helping another customer, once she finishes with them maya walks right by us, while looking my girlfriend in the eyes and proceeds to go and make drinks and talk to other employees before greeting us with a very negative attitude and a rude yet loud HELLO while looking pissed off and annoyed of our very existence, we tell her we are there for a mobile order and maya rolls her eyes, grabs the food, very sternly asks for the last initial and shoves the food toward us. We walk out without another word exchanged, i love this panda and i come here literally all the time and have never expirenced such rude and quite frankly shitty service. Will not be approaching this place while she works again. Hopefully someone can teach her some manners and maybe a course in customer service and hospitality. Thanks for nothing Maya.

Mendung was amazing! Such a bubbly person! Give her a raise for being so awesome! She was able to fix an order that I incorrectly ordered and turned my experience around! We need more mendungs in the world

I had a great experience at Panda today. TA had great Customer service. I should of ordered on online; a little miscommunication, but he jumped into action. TA and his team prepped a very large order for our Nurses at the hospital as it is Hospital Week. Thank you TA, your team is amazing.

Never fails this place opens @ 9 am went there at 9:30 am because I know by going at 9am they are not going to have shit prepared so I went at 9:32 to be exact and same thing nothing prepared. Why open up at 9am if you aren't gonna have food prepared no one wants to wait 15 min to 20 minutes for you to cook the dish .

Everything was fresh and delicious 😋 the server was helpful and polite but got our order wrong but it ended up being ok . I asked for two orders of the bigger plate where you get 3 entrees and 1 side but he got confused or something because when we went to pay there was only 2 entrees and one side 🤦 at least they didn't charge me for the 3 entree one .
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies , just have to ask them what kind of sauce they used for cooking in case its a fish sauce
Parking: Tight parking lot but enough spaces
Kid-friendliness: Definitely yummy food for them❤️
