Lady at check out was rude. Place was slow and yet once again no soy sauce or teriyaki sauce...are they keeping it for ransom? They are the staple of the food they are selling. Go to a different location!

after more than a year of not purchasing panda express (due to bad experiences) i gave it another chance tonight. more than an hour before closing time and half of the section where the food is at is empty…no veggie spring rolls, TWO honey walnut shrimp pieces.. not sure what they’re closing protocol is but if the restaurant closes at 10:30 pm they should be serving the community until that time not laughing and gossiping amongst themselves. definitely not coming back.

These people that work here scam people for their money, they tell you your card didn't go through and then you need to use another card or pay cash, we paid cash. Once I got in the parking lot I logged into my banking app to see why it was declined and it wasn't it was posted as pending so I go back inside and talked to the manager and she insisted that this pending charge of $38.02 will not go through seeing we paid cash.Well 3 days later it said it went through so they changed my bank for it also. This was on 10.19 right before closing and I still have yet to get my money back. Find another Panda if you don't want to get scammed. Customers shouldn't have to jump through loops to get their money back and I'm sure they pocketed the money as a $32 tip.

Second time in a row disappointed with this panda. This time white rice was dry and the crab rangoons weren’t cooked/fried all the way. They were soft, undercooked dough. Oh, and I ordered for take out, and for the second time did not get fortune cookies. How does that happen with a Chinese food restaurant?
terrible service i have a big family and all of the employees ROLLED THEIR eyes at us for ordering 2 family feasts at 8pm on a monday when they close at 10 then proceed to bring out a arab worker to speak to my mom when i complain JUST BC MY MOM WEARS HJIAB DOES NOT SHE IS ARAB OR SPEAKS ARABIC

I’m a senior citizen that cannot drive anymore and so I ordered panda express orange chicken, fried rice and egg roll and when it got here it was not what I ordered I called the store and they said they couldn’t resend the order because I had to get a refund through DoorDash. It’s ridiculous. I’m a senior citizen. I will never order from this restaurant again.
