I arrived with one person in line before me, and proceeded to wait nearly 10 minutes before someone acknowledged the person in front of me. They were roughly 9 people working. We watched the workers pack”Togo” door dash/Uber eats meals for 10 minutes, until there was a line out the door, once the line was out the door they proceeded to greet the customers waiting and taking our orders. No one acknowledged anyone standing in line, not to mention there was a younger woman who was doing the rice/chow Mein section, she had a star sticker in the middle of her forehead she was rolling her eyes at customers and when I proceeded to ask for a mangers name so I could call back at a later time, she screamed from behind the counter”why do you need a manager’s information anyways , you got your food”. The assistant manager was there, an older woman who hears the entire conversation, and the employee , and said absolutely nothing. I’m not exactly sure what we walked into , but the atmosphere/ vibe was not it, and neither was the customer service and to have a line of customers out the door, while you pack Uber eat delivery orders who aren’t not even there, for 10 consecutive minutes is beyond crazy, especially when I’m paying almost $40 for 2 people to eat.

For what's its worth, I don't want to sound like one of those people that come here to make false claims because they didn't like the manager. I came here because I ordered dinner for my family and when I try to assure we get great quality food, I'm only met with attitude as if I'm taking from the employees personal stash. When I order Beef and Broccoli, I'm presented with a scoop of 7 pieces of broccoli and 2 tiny pieces of beef and then when I ask for a reasonable ratio of beef and broccoli, I just receive a snobby look as if I just insulted them with some horrible slur. I just want what I'm paying for... I'm not taking from your personal account of beef and broccoli. When I order Chow Mein, I'd like noodles and veggies not just the leftovers at the bottom of the wok pan that are 90% onions and cabbage... we pay money so we should receive reasonable accommodations. I'm not asking for anything ridiculous or trying to be rude. I just want what I paid for.

Some of their food is dried n some don't have any taste. The service really sucks! The servers are no help with bad attitude. We don't like going their. The manager thinks he owns the place. He has a bad attitude, no smile, don't greet his customers. The place needs to be revamp with people who does care, willing to work n greet customers.
