I ordered my meal and waited for about 10 minutes before I got to the register and only then did they decide to inform me that they were only taking cash that day. Next time please put up a sign so people aren't wasting their time only to not get the food they ordered.

Honestly worst service I've ever had at a panda express, we ordered online said it was gonna be ready but when we got there 20 min later they hadn't even started it, they gave us the completely wrong order and didn't even give us half our food.

We ordered the carryout Family Meal for $35. The chow mein side and the Honey Sesame Chicken were very good! But take a look at the picture of that miniscule amount of meat in the Broccoli and Beef. We got 2 containers like that. That's ridiculous! This isn't the first time this has happened with the same item. But it's too late to do anything about it when you're all the way home. I believe this is our last visit. Too bad.

Theresa was super welcoming and seemed grateful that we stopped by. This time coming around, there was plenty of fresh hot food to choose from. I was shocked to see the general manager work this late (8:42pm). I let her know my experience and she was very apologetic and quick to get to the bottom of the issue. Assured me that It will not happen again and I definitely believe her. I decided to edit this post instead of removing it for GM’s future reference If needed.
I came to this Panda Express at 8:20 PM, well before their closing time, and was extremely disappointed. There were only a couple of entrées available, and the staff had already started closing up the store early. When I asked how long it would take to prepare black pepper chicken, I was told it would be 35 minutes! I had already driven here and was starving, so I reluctantly chose something I don’t even like that much just to avoid leaving empty-handed.
If they’re open until a certain time, they should be fully stocked with food until then. This felt like a half-hearted operation, and it was clear they were prioritizing their convenience over customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Oh my god. I ordered a plate of orange chicken and a little side of orange chicken and near the last bite i found out it was a FRIED PIECE OF TAPE!! A blue piece of painters tape that was fried. So gross, tried to call and let then know but they wanted me to come back in to offer me dime more food but how gross. I dont want to eat more tape. NASTY

Three times in a row take out I never had any mandarin sauce put in my orders. The orange chicken is either to spicy or almost no spice. This store is to inconsistent on everything. I'm done, going to try another panda express.
Ridiculous staff. You shouldn't be asking door dash drivers to make customer's drinks. This is your merchant responsibility you agreed to with door dash and uber, which is explicitly outlined in your contract to fulfill the customer's order, not the driver. Do you want us to prepare food as well? It is also against the law for anyone to prepare food without food handler's card, which the drivers don't have. If this happens again, I will file a complaint with door dash and uber regarding your ridiculous requests and hopefully they take action against your store.

My girlfriend and I came in for some chicken and shrimp and Claire C gave excellent service. Even though it was close to closing time Claire and her team made fresh chicken for us and ensured the rest of our order stayed hot while we waited. We also appreciated that she included fortune cookies for the both of us rather than only giving one. Thank you!
