I ordered chicken teriyaki and obviously orange chicken the portion for this is crazy .. I usually give them benefit of the doubt but today out of all days @ 740 2/14/26 they were fully staffed .. not coming back here anymore .. I see why the reviews are bad now ..

The good, I come here for the food. Kung-Pao Chicken, Green Beans & Chicken, Chow Mein, and Super Greens. Also had Chicken Egg Roll & Veggie Spring Rolls. DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend this Panda Express. I'll be back!!

Got thru Uber Eats. My Beef and Broccoli had several strands of hair in it. I called the store and they offered a free plate for pick up. Great, but I cannot currently drive, which is why I had delivery. And the beef and broccoli was dry, no sauce

The manager JAMES speaks very very poorly to his workers . Yelling at them in front of all of the customers just because the trash can was full . If the store is dirty it’s up to you to keep it nice and tell your employees in a properly and POLIET manner . Yelling at them telling them to “ DO IT NOW “ is completely uncalled for . Employees are people too . James made me very uncomfortable as a guest . All other employees did a wonderful job and were super super sweet . The food was good and had no other issues besides the manager .

We went in 45-50 minutes before close and not only were all chairs already placed on top of the tables (which meant there were only 2 or 3 booths available for everyone who wanted to sit down), but 80% of the food wasn’t available. The only fresh items were the chow mein and orange chicken, the rest either had half a scoop left of food or were covered and not available to order. I’d understand if we went it 5 minutes before close, but it’s crazy that almost an hour before closing I could only order 2 or 3 things on the menu and couldn’t find a place to sit and eat. The food tasted good as usual but it seemed like the workers and environment were just trying to get people out of the store and close.

SO AGITATED! Spent $40 for a meal for 2 which included a delivery fee and driver tip. Order 2 small appetizers and 2 three side entrees. Why is is so hard to include all of the sides??? After all of that money we were missing a side. We just wanted orange chicken! Next time we will order from China Grill and pick it up!
I want to say this is probably the worst panda experience place I have ever experienced, walked in at 8:45 and store closes at 10pm , there’s was no food cooked everything is out employees were worried about cleaning than customers and they did not want to cook I wasted 60$ and shitty quality food I will contact corporate and request my money back this is ridiculous my family hated the food over seasoned and burned no more panda express for me and my family anymore would get McDonald’s than this trash quality food

This store doesn’t answer the phone, so if you mess something up on your online order, don’t count on them to answer so you can get it situated, you have to drive alllllll the way there just to get it figured out
