Customer service is not very good, staff is consistently busy and doesnt remember orders, doesn't have any hygiene standards for cooks with facial hair either. If you like your order wrong and covered in hair this is the place for you. Waste of money

Extremely helpful staff, I ordered the wrong orange chicken, ended up getting the spicy kind for the kids. The staff was accommodating and willing to help me exchange. What impressed me the most is that I called their busy location during dinner time., they saw a missed call and Mason ended up calling me back. How wonderful!

I've always had good experiences at this particular Panda Express except for today. I was in line and dealt with Vanessa. She was both rude and dismissive essentially ignoring my presence entirely. This is probably the worst customer experience I've had in quite some time, especially at this location.

To be honest, the staff here is great. Very friendly, customer centric service. Unfortunately I’ve had issues with my order twice. But then again I’ve lived near here going in three years so definitely a win since I’ve come at least 10/15 times. Even when my order needed adjusting they were accommodating.

Went to the drive thru and ordered the family box and an order of crab rangoons. When I got home, there was no crab rangoons and half the food I had to throw out because everything was undercooked. I couldn't go back with the food because I live 20 minutes away and going with kids after me is more of a hassle. But it's so annoying that you have one simple job and it's hard to do. They weren't even busy to say they were swamped.

We waited for 15 minutes while the staff filled online orders. We walked out and were eating at Freddy's across the street in less than 10 minutes. Get it together, Panda. The customers that are there in person should be first. My family and I will not be going back to a Panda Express ever again.

We went in at 645 with my family of 5 for dinner. We waited in line for 10 mins and they did not serve a single person that was in line in the restaurant. They were so busy filling online orders that they did not wait on the people who were actually there in person. How can they prioritize people who are not even there over the people standing in front of them waiting. The line was building in the restaurant, and they still kept filling online orders, so we left. We went across the street to Freddy's and had our food within 5 mins of walking in the door. Terrible customer service!!!!! Never going back!

Try to avoid this location customer service is. I’m sorry to say it, but it’s garbage. They have no Respect for customers And when you ask a question, they don’t even look at you and they answer in a mean way
John is the one that serviced me today two minutes ago I couldn’t even wait to go home to write this review. That’s how bad my experience was pay too much money for a bowl of rice and was supposed to be broccoli beef all I got is three pieces of meat and a lot a lot of broccoli.
