I got food poisoning from this location on Lake Pleasant on 01/20/25 I ordered teriyaki chicken 3 days before this my mother's friend who ate at another Panda location got food poisoning, he ordered teriyaki chicken as well.

Pick up order that wasn't even started staff kept saying they were working on it but they were not they kept serving all the people walking in and the drive threw I finally just left terrible service people order on line so they don't have to wait

Wife and I ordered food on Sunday night, 12/22. Both woke up sicker than heck in The middle of the night. Here we are the day after Christmas and still not feeling great. Been trying to call everyday to get some answers and you can't even get anyone to answer the phone. Maybe they do it on purpose, who knows, but they should talk to customers at least. Made for a great Christmas being sick, thanks a lot. Beware.

If you go later at night you may order chow mein but get just onions. Food seems like it is left out too long, not so fresh.

12/13/24 just went through drive through 1:45p today and ordered a cub meal, with sliding rolls and a sprite. Sprite was flat and didn't get my Sprint rolls. Can I get a refund as no one answers when I call.

The only negative I have is that they don't allow you to try a sample of the sides. If I could have tried a sample I may have changed my order and spent more there to get that item added to my order.
